Non-Responsive After-Sales Support & Failed Warranty Obligations
"I am extremely disappointed with InstaCuppa's after-sales service, against order #46314, pre-paid online on 06/12/2025.
Despite having a valid 1-year replacement guarantee, the company has been completely non-responsive to my warranty claim after the product stopped working in March 2026.
My attempts to resolve this, vide Ticket ID: "183402 was replied from their official Zoho Desk support have been met with silence. Furthermore, their official WhatsApp and SMS number +91 733-0966937 remains unanswered. This lack of communication is a clear failure to honor their advertised brand commitment.
I would advise potential customers to be cautious, as the '1-year warranty' appears to be effectively unreachable if you actually need help. Nothing on InstaCuppa website helps because their is no provision to show your placed/ executed Orders.
