WARNING

WARNING: Extremely shady practices and overcharging at InstaGlobalTravel.com. They charged me ~AED3,000 for a UAE visa service through two separate suspicious transactions to India.
Throughout the process, they repeatedly demanded additional personal information even after payment, using pressure tactics and vague excuses. When questioned about overcharging, they refused to provide clear explanations or refunds. They wouldn't provide any UAE application tracking number and kept insisting on "emergency contact details" even after visa issuance.
While they eventually delivered a valid visa, their conduct was highly unprofessional and concerning: misleading information about insurance requirements, refusing to provide official application IDs, and constant demands for unnecessary personal data. Their customer service switches between different agent names and uses delay tactics.
Yes, they can process valid visas, but their deceptive practices, overcharging, and suspicious handling of personal information make them untrustworthy. AVOID if you don't want to deal with stress and questionable business practices

SCAM ALERT!

SCAM ALERT!! SCAMMERS!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. (Instaglobaltravel and Instadubaivisa.ae are the same company)
I applied for a visa today 03 July 2024, and two minutes later I told them i do not have the documents requested and wish to cancel. Mind you they had not processed the VISA application.

On Whatsapp they asked me to email them for a refund and for my payment to be reverted. When i emailed they said they will not refund me. And that i should provide documents for them to process my visa (documents which i do not have reason why i cancelled). I paid via Apple Pay so i will get a refund for this transaction even if Instaglobaltravel chooses to not officially refund me within 48 hours.

Take note, all this happened within 5 minutes after paying. They had not processed the application, and clearly will not because i haven't submitted the documents to do so. I came on here and saw they had scammed everybody.

I have now written to their payment processor Mamopay and reported the transaction. If you have been scammed and have not received the services it's a breach of contract, so i advise you all to email Mamopay too. I have also now contacted the UAE government letting them know about this scam with their VISA procedures and they will investigate.
