We enjoyed working with Sebastian a lot! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. But since we stopped working with him, he has not responded to any of our messages asking for our refund. I am hopeful that it's all a misunderstanding and maybe there's a legitimate disconnect somewhere. I would change my rating to 5 star if he ever responded, but if he's just ghosting us it feels like it could have all been a scam.

I started working with Sebastian at InstaKicker, aka FDE Media, aka brideflow.io . Sebastian guaranteed a certain dollar amount of bookings brought in from social media posts and paid advertising that he would do. Unfortunately I received ZERO inquiries after working with him for 4 months and spending almost $6,000. I tried to communicate my concerns and eventually requested a refund after all communication stopped. I never received my full refund, despite his 100% money back guarantee, and I am now dealing with my bank to go through the dispute process. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money.

- Stating that 9 consultation calls were booked is a complete lie. I had 1 consultation call booked, and the person was a no show for the call.

- I was still charged after payments were supposed to be paused. It took over a month to get it refunded because this is when the ghosting started. At this point all work stopped happening as well. Tasks as simple as posting on social media stopped. Once communication stopped is when I requested a refund.

- Claiming the contract guarantee isn’t applicable shows how Sebastian does business. To think that bookings were going go from $0 after 4 months to $100k in the last 2 months isn’t realistic. I was also still paying the bills from Meta to place social media ads that were generating zero leads.

- I had 1 payment refunded by Sebastian. This was the payment that was charged after payments were supposed to be paused. It also took a month of asking for a refund to get it processed. I was then 100% ghosted by Sebastian so I had to dispute 3 other payments with my bank. 2 payments were reversed by the bank and 1 payment was too old to be disputed. If I waited till the end of the 6 month period, to request a refund according to their policy, then I wouldn't have been able to dispute all of the charges with the bank.

Here is the refund policy in our contract “Money Back Guarantee - refund the cost of the program if the $100k in 180 days guarantee is not met”

Sebastian might not have the same policy now, but this is the contract I signed and agreed to and Sebastian has not lived up to his end of the deal.

If you’re considering doing business with Instakicker, aka FDE Media, Sebastian M. Then I highly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere. Sebastian is all talk, doesn’t deliver, and then makes false claims and excuses.

Also, Sebastian still hasn’t even had the decency to respond to any of my emails or messages to address me, but he does respond to this bad review, so this is the type of communication you can expect when working with him.

- 9 consultation calls were not booked. This is 100% false and can not be proven. Payments were put on pause because of the fact that only 1 consultation call was booked, but the person was a no show.

- Social media posts were not scheduled a prior week like they were supposed to be for me to approve them. Sometimes they were scheduled an hour before they were going to be posted, or not at all. Some social media posts were also posted without being approved resulting in incredibly poor images being chosen. The last IG post that went live had to deleted because Instakicker posted an image of a bride with a giant blue trash can in the background…

- If ads were not running for 3 out of 4 months, then this is the first time of hearing about it. I also spent almost $1,000 on meta ads.

Again, to anyone reading this and considering hiring Instakicker, aka, FDE Media, aka Sebastian. Keep in mind that this is a young guy living in Germany. He has full access to your social media accounts and your meta account, and then he gives that access to whoever he hires to create posts and Meta ads, so you need to have a high level of trust. He is all talk to sell you and charge your credit card, but then he makes excuses when he comes up short on all of his promises, and then worst part of all, is that he stops responding to your emails and messages… It has also been over 4 months at this point and the only response I’ve received to any of my emails or messages was one short message, after my original review was posted, and it addressed none of my questions or requests.

What I appreciate most about InstaKicker is their pay-after-results policy. It shows they're confident in their ability to deliver, and it took away the risk for me. My account did see improvement within the first two weeks, just as they promised.

The content creation team at InstaKicker is incredibly talented. They captured the essence of my wedding photography style and created stunning posts and reels. I'm getting more likes, comments, and shares than ever before.

I was skeptical about ghost follower removal services, but InstaKicker proved me wrong. Their service was thorough and efficient. My engagement rate improved noticeably, and I feel like my account is finally reaching genuine potential clients.

Worst experience ever with any agency. Sebastian was incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional. Did not accomplish anything in the time I worked with him. Don’t be fooled; his demo call seemed great, but he doesn’t deliver on anything.

Seb and his team have been instrumental in changing the trajectory of my photography business. Using social media and paid ads as a strategic point of marketing is one I would not have been successful in on my own. The InstaKicker team is incredibly helpful, informative, and easy to communicate with. I'll be forever grateful that Seb reached out to explain what this team does. They're rockstars!

Sebastian was great to work with. His writer for the captions was on point with my brand and verbiage. She really understood what I wanted to get across with my story telling. It was a bit difficult to communicate at time since they are located in Germany and my company is on the US. Other than that I would recommend.

I really appreciated the services Seb provided me regarding my social media management. Communication is great, he and his team are very open to my needs and cater to what my goals are for my social media presence. It is really easy to work and plan posts with him. If I ever have a question, idea, or concern- it is very easy to get in touch and talk to a team member. I really do not like being on social media because I desire to focus more on my craft. Working with Seb has been a great opportunity to take a break from the pressures of planning social media!

Gabriel is very thorough, patient and so helpful. I fully trusted him and he didn’t disappoint. While I enjoyed working with the company, I found myself not being quite ready for the service at this time. With that said, I would definitely go back to work with the team in the future when the time is right.

Sebastian was a great guy . At first , he carefully guided me about how the process works . Keep me updated with all the information of how many people had reached the account also really good customer service. Highly recommend

I worked with Gabriel, he reached out to me about my account, at first I wasn't very interested, but he continued to be persistent and I'm glad he was. We set up a meeting and he explained to me how InstaKicker works and their payment options. I loved the structure so I decided to try it out and it has definitely paid off! The team was super responsive and open to changing things if I had concerns. They upgraded their services along the way and I've seen such a boost in my engagement, every post I had gotten a considerable amount of likes and follows from hashtags.
