This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM, do not buy from them. They charged my wife £6.95 for a skin product and then took another £100 out of our account. See other people’s reviews as well.
Avoid at all costs.
Careful - linked to fraudulent website
Careful! The cream is great, but the website is linked to a fraudulent? Website - ketoslimline. When I bought the cream online ketoslimdiscount deducted money from my account - no contact option to dispute - reported to the fraud team.
Scam..as reported by others
Scam..as reported by others, thankfully my bank rejected the attempt to take an additional £49 from my account and stopped my card, which has been replaced. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
Like so many others I have also been…
Like so many others I have also been scammed. Thought I was ordering some face cream for £3.95, before I knew it price had changed and something else added on. Tried straightaway to cancel, would not allow it. My Bank fortunately declined a payment of £48.97. Have tried numerous time to phone and email, no joy with either. Emails keep coming back "not sent" and phone either doesn't even ring or rings and rings and nobody ever answers. (Have several different telephone numbers). Surely these people should not be allowed to get away with this fraud. How can we stop them taking our money?I do not want a subscription but cannot cancel it. They don't tell you when you place an order there will be a subscription. Only found out about it when I realised it was a scam and searched the company for terms and conditions, where I found out about a subscription. I DO NOT WANT A SUBSCRIPTION. Thought I was ordering a "one off" product.
I too have been scammed by this company…
I too have been scammed by this company exactly the same as others. Despicable fraudulent trading. I have reported to Trading standards via CAB and seems they are using all sorts of avenue to rake in their income from unsuspecting individuals. I have blocked payments from my bank and intend to dispute via bank with the company. Waiting to hear if there will be any reply to latest email requesting refund and return address.
This is a SCAM!
I too have fallen for this scam after responding to their advertisement on instagram. I thought I was paying £3.95 for a sample but at the 'complete payment' page, an eye serum was ambiguously added increasing the payment to more than £60.
I instantly emailed the company to refute this additional payment and cancel the whole transaction but they never responded. A few days later the payment was taken from my card. I have called the phone number on their site but it doesn't work. The only way to stop further payments is to call your bank and cancel your card.
This is a scam. They have never appeared on Dragons Den. The 'celebrity endorsements' are fake. Never trust a company just because they advertise via instagram.
Complete scam!
Complete scam!! I am not happy at all I am a single mother struggling on benefits , thought I'd treat myself to a small bottol on offer at £3.99 +postage for my birthday . Only to go to my bank today (2 weeks later) to find the robbing bxxxxxxs have stolen my last £99 in my account for food to last me till 27th may, I am struggling with my mental health and not coping with the overwhelming feelings I have over this situation . Hope whoever's stole my money rots in hell and let bad karma come to whoever!!!
I ordered a sample product for £6.95…
I ordered a sample product for £6.95 and was excited to trial their product before I purchased a full size one. I have sensitive skin and thought this was a brilliant way to test products. Little did I know it was going to turn into a complete headache
The first payment of £6.95 came out under the name Ketoslim (I didn’t recognise the name but I authorised that amount of money so didn’t think anything else about it)
Then a further two payments came out
1. From instacleansetoday for £49.99
2. From instalifttoday for £37.97
I did not order any other items and I did not authorise these two payments. We are in lockdown due to Covid 19
I immediately contacted my credit card company, completed the fraudulent transaction paperwork and returned it.
Then two weeks later a third payment from Ketoslim was taken from my card for £99.99
At this point I was furious
I contacted my credit card company again, cancelled my card and requested another fraudulent transaction form
I received a telephone call this week to say they are looking into my query. I have printed copies of every email sent to the companies, the online reviews, have advised my credit card company there is no return information within my parcel
I am getting my money back through my credit card and they are taking it up with the company
I can’t believe so many people have been affected by these companies
Have trading standards not been made aware of this?
SCAM
Complete scam! I too ordered a sample, cost £6.95, they have now stolen 99.99. I went back to the link I used through Instagram to check the terms of the so called free sample and there in the bottom corner of the payment page is the smallest terms link, that you really have to go looking for, which when opened is the terms for Ketoslim, I googled them and surprisingly they run the exact same scam!!!
I have sent several emails, no reply! The customer service number is a dead line, I’ve also tried ringing Ketoslim, their line rings, no answer, surprisingly!
I’ve contacted Trading Standards, these people should not be allowed to do this to people!
DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES
Scam scam scam!!
Scam scam scam!!!
Do Not Purchase!!
I purchased cream and somehow they charged my account for 2 other products then my bank. Rang me (thank goodness) to say another £99 had been taken from. My account! Stop immediately and cancel card!!
I have sent back products too. Recorded delivery which has. Said They received but unfortunately no refund!!!
I have tried to get in contact via phone and email with no joy.
In this Current climate it is very distressing that. Someone. Can take £100 just like That and no Way to get it Back!!!!
Applied for trial sample with £6.95…
Applied for trial sample with £6.95 postage only cost, have charged my bank account with nearly £95.00, Manchester phone no. Does not exist, emails

Instalift is a scam
As other reviews, this is a scam company. After sending a paid for sample, they went ahead and took a further £99.99 from my account and I am now trying to get my money back.
Serious scam. Beware!
We are now trying to get back £150 of my mums money after she purchased what she thought was a sample and is now being charged continuously m. We’ve contacted the company with zero response. Avoid this company at all costs.
This is a scam
I'm afraid this is a scam. They pass on your details - in my case to Ketoslim discount - and they also take money from your account (for me this was £48.97). There is apparently no way to contact instalift - the contact link on their site does not work and emails just bounce back as undeliverable.
