AN INSTANT BRAND SCAM

Ordered air fryer on 9th December. No receipt of payment or confirmation of order until requested. Followed up by email as no telephone availability, told it had been sent by DPD and still not received. I suspect I have been scammed and going to try and get refund from credit card company. Do not order or use this company at all.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

My one order was somehow split into 3 separate credit card processing at one time, which prompted my credit card company to suspect fraud and denied the largest part of the 3 charges. I emailed them right away, and it took them 3 days to even wrote back, which then had a canned response that did/said to call or chat them instead. Having waiting online for almost an hour for a chat agent, the site said agent no longer online, when I had 1 more person in front of me in line supposedly. Phone holds are ridiculously long as well that I gave up. I emailed them back, was told again to call. I asked when I would even hear about the rest of my order which had been charged by the company, heard back another 3 days later, that UPS is running behind. UPS??? It hadn't even been shipped! UPS is not packing their orders for them! WORST COMPANY EVER to buy from. Never again!
