It was simple to talk to dr without going anywhere. Was able to get antibiotics on a Sunday and not have to wait another day

All the doctors are great and understanding (have only used the prescription feature though) and they know what's what.

NO PBS full charged medication - Was hard to know where script went, but was fast - but call lasted less than 10 seconds, waited about 5 mins for script to come through - and was charged $45, went through as private health consult so script came through at full price so $70 instead of $7. Was pretty upset about it - but didn’t have a choice

I had a poor experience. It is not right to treat people live livestock. The GP spent 5 min to ask questions, two minutes of which spent on identification. Without asking sufficient questions about my history, and without attention to my symptoms, he was prescribed a non-PBS medication that I had to pay $50 to buy (and he didn't ask me if it's OK). When I contacted them to complain, the response was that since it is about the practitioner, we have forwarded your email to them. Obviously, a GP who is the subject of my complaint won't respond to my complaint.

This service is easily accessible unlike trying to get an appointment with a local GP.

The doctor I had was very thorough and made it easy for me to understand. Getting a script was easy and he told me the things to look out for, should I need to see a doctor face to face. I had trouble with my Medicare card not aligning up with the service. Customer service were brilliant, little to no wait time and they fixed it within five minutes.

Very little waiting time and quality consults.

Helps a lot when you can’t get any doctors in weekend and rural areas which has very limited GP around here.

This is such a great way to get treatment without having to leave home.I was feeling very unwell on Sunday night and other than having to take a day off work to see my regular GP I rang though to Instant Consult. I waited only a few minutes to be connected and the doctor was really good and put me through a prescription in no time. Very efficient and pleasant.

Ive had numerous excellent experiences with Instant Consult. Ive never waited more than 5 mins to speak to a dr. They are knowledgeable and make the whole process so easy. This is definitely a positive for technology in the days where its impossible to get in to see a Dr.
