No wait, Dr Bhat was very efficient and easy to liase with. Highly recommend Instant consult. Scripts and medical cert all sent to my email and inbox within minutes of the consult: I also made a mistake with the cert date so had to call back and adjust and a new updated correct version was sent to my email by the same afternoon. I was very happy with the service

App needs considerable work
I tried to use the app, but it kept refunding my money saying they couldn’t connect. From 9.30 to 11.30, l tried. I rang support several times and in the end l deleted the app and then reinstalled it. It finally did work however. When you’re ill, it can be very frustrating.

AMAZING!!
AMAZING!!! I'm so happy to have found Instant Consult. Extremely fast service (shortest I have had to wait was 2 mins, and longest 15 mins). I have tried 4 other online Dr's services and had to wait from 2 - 5 hours. That's too long and a big inconvenience.
I like that the app shows approximate wait time.
All the Dr's from Instant Consult that I have met have been lovely, thorough and personable.
Highly recommend Instant Consult.

Great service
Great service. Had to download an app but once that was done a doctor called back in 15 minutes. I needed paperwork, that was downloaded to the app immediately. Dr very helpful. The whole process was easier, cheaper and faster than my usual GP who was unavailable.

Have tried Updoc before and waited a few hours and was given a medical certificate that was incorrect and the non existent customer service team still hasnt corrected this in two weeks. Instant consult on the other hand let me connect with a doctor literally in under a minute and he was fantastic and I got the two prescriptions that I wanted. If you need a quick script use this service!
