They have no respect for long time customers

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They are sending me emails threatening legal action when I haven’t even missed a payment. When I asked for a more flexible payment option they offered me a payment plan that is more money than my existing contract. Their customer service has been rude and unreasonable. If you are looking for a cash advance try icash they have always been polite and helpful.

Have never delt with a single worse company, the fact that this page was hard to find says everything. They will take about a week to get back to you if ever, they have no zero records let alone an account you can sign into so every "increase" email is false BS

This company must be some sort of scam. They repeatedly send me emails thanking me for being their customer and saying my credit limit has increased. Problem is i never have been a client. I emailed them and said to stop and that i never was a client. They refused.

Avoid these people

I was a regular customer and paid off several loans. The last 2 times have just made me a former customer.
That last time, I never even heard back until I emailed asking for an update and was then told that I was declined. I applied again last night and went through all of the regular steps and did the IBV only to be asked this morning for paystubs which I only ever had to supply on my first loan. My last pay was higher than normal because I asked for my vacation pay in a lump sum. Apparently, a higher paycheck makes them ask tons more questions. Clearly, customer loyalty means absolutely NOTHING to this place.
When I asked why they needed this, I was told that “the company has an new set of rules”
Of course they do Rajaa S. of course they do.
If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t take any customers repayment history into account, then this is apparently the right place for that.

I was in desperate need of some cash for rent. Found this company and I made sure I applied a week in advance thinking I would get funded within 1 or 2 days. I was wrong. They did email me asking about my bank account.. and I told them I really need the money for the upcoming rent. I didn't not hear from them again after that. But, I did get funded though ($375). Three days AFTER my rent was due. They totally screwed me up. Now I'm stuck repaying them back $700 till the end of January 2023! Never again.

I sent all my info 3 times and allowed access to my bank account, and haven't herd anything back.

Terrible Company. Dealt with Camilo Khouri - would not listen to any of my questions or inquiries and was plain rude. Tried asking me for confidential information that is NOT required to receive a loan as per their advertisement. They are demanding I send them alll my proposal information - when I was approved without not even a week ago and just did not take it. Would avoid this company specifically because of this employee - she has no backing to her statements and having loaned wtih the company before - she screams SCAM.

Stay far away. Once you've paid off loan. They keep debiting your account. Took 6 months, 25 emails to return stolen money. They are also known as flexiloans.

No legit lender. No real adress and takes my money from my account without my consent. He is a fraudster with several sites.
