Refusal to Refund - Broken Support
I purchased InstantID service on May 31, 2026 for $30. After reviewing it, I realized it was not what I needed and requested a refund.
The company's support team (Chloe) responded asking me to verify my account by replying to their email. However, I use a receive-only email address and cannot send emails from it. Their website support form also does not work.
I offered them a solution I asked them to send me a verification code to my email address so I could provide it and verify my account.
Instead of helping, they simply refused my refund request, claiming "we cannot find your account" without trying any other way to help.
I have proof of payment and the company acknowledged my request, but they refuse to process a refund. Very poor customer service and refund policy.
