Installation failed after 3 days!

Company calls itself: K&G Atlantic Group Ltd, Instant Appliance Repair and Instafix Appliance Services. Hired for dishwasher installation. Despite three visits over two days to complete the installation, the install failed after 72 hours. The technician broke the part that attached the dishwasher to the countertop and it came completely away. Requests for modest refund denied. Poor quality workmanship and even worse customer care experience afterwards.
