Today I received 2 x Olympus / Zuiko camera lenses ordered a week ago. They arrived in perfect condition & am delighted with them. The price paid was a bargain as well. However as a new customer I was very concerned incase of scamming because my email to Instashot was ignored & when I called round to their London head office at 85 Great Portland Street, the company name was missing on the buzzer & nobody answered. This was mid week & during office hours. Where ever the company is run from, it appears not to be at this address. All I expected was some reassurance & had this service been better, I would have given Instashot 5 stars rather than the 4 stars above.

Extremely good service again, this my second purchase. There was a slight delay in shipping but was kept informed on progress all way.
Overall highly recommended.

Ordered and delivered in four working days, superb service.

Although I received the D500 camera within a week of ordering it, it arrived via Hong Kong and the box did not include any warranty documentation of any kind. The warranty details are essential and not having received either the Nikon manufacturers and/or the company own warranty details was unacceptable. Most disappointed.

I purchased a Nikon d810 inc lens then found out it was coming from China. Oh crap I thought. But how wrong could I be...
5 days total and it's in my hands looking gorgeous..

Excellent service: I have saved a fortune, but I did have to wait about a week for UPS to deliver my camera. I tracked my cameras journey as it travelled to the UK. The saving outweighs the wait. Brilliant service.

Where do I start?

Firstly I had grave concerns about the company when they wanted documentation ID to verify me to my credit card, as a result I contacted my credit card issuer who advised me to be cautious due to ID theft. With lots of coming and going via email with Instashot I took a leap of faith, and all credit to Instashot they always contacted me with answers and documentation to my questions.

I was then provided with a UPS tracking reference but they never updated the tracking information apart from waiting for it to arrive at depot. Eventually, meaning yesterday, I get a message from UPS informing me that my item with be delivered on 02/04/2019.

To their credit UPS has stuck to their word and delivered to my address this morning (02/04/2019).

The item is genuine, fantastic and brand new. I cannot wait to use my new Olympus M. Zuiko 300mm Pro lens for wildlife photography. Thank you so much Instashot.

My advice to purchasers is have faith in Instashot, their requests might ring alarm bells but trust them, they come through fully.

Cannot fault the service, purchase, delivery and amazing value for money of my item purchased.
Recommended.

The Deal through Instashot was very good and happy with that. Let down only by UPS who took ages to ship the camera via ( looking on the tracking ) a very strange route !
