This is my third set now, and I’ve noticed a significant difference compared to the previous ones. This new set is much whiter than the last two, to the point where it doesn’t blend naturally with my lower teeth. My earlier sets matched the shade of my real teeth far better, so the contrast with this new set is quite noticeable.

Great quality. The natural white is very white so I will probably order a second pair in ivory. I am able to eat with them but still getting comfortable with it. They fit perfectly the first time. Hopefully they save my natural teeth from further grinding damage. Process was easy to submit.

Everything was on point... from the beginning through the delivery period and some... amazing service, friendly, efficient, price, quality,look and very happy 😁

Ordered the product in November 2025. It took months (and nearly 20 attempts) to get the impressions done correctly- after being told contradictory advice by agents. Amazingly, straight after I called to complain and demand a refund, my impressions were approved. I was then given a date of March 24th 2026 for my veneers to be ready. It’s now 2 weeks since that date and the company has decided that it doesn’t need to keep me updated anymore seeing as they have my money - and I still have no end product! Absolutely terrible customer service who literally just read from a script (which is particularly bad when you ask a question which they don’t have on their scripts - so they just repeat a previous paragraph). Overall, very unimpressed with this service and would recommend anyone to consider different veneer providers.

I had a great experience from start to finish, the team were very helpful and always on hand for any questions.
I would definitely recommend instasmile to anyone looking for that perfect smile.

I was totally shocked when I got my pop on veneers. They fit perfectly and follow your gum line. Affordable and looks great!

I paid a lot of money and received thick plastic Bugs Bunny ‘teeth.’ Cannot even close my mouth. Neither set fits properly. Ironic they arrived on April Fools Day as they look like an absolute joke. I am so disappointed in myself for falling for the hype.

Edit: in response to this 'being the the first you have heard about' this issues, I have in fact raised two tickets with Instamile since April 4th and have spoken to a member of staff on the phone on April 7th. Please don't be dishonest.

Brilliant product that fits perfectly and the style of veneer is spot on and hopefully once my mouth is used to them ill be able to smile 😂. A big thankyou to the team who have been helpful throughout from start to finish. Really happy with results and would 100% recommend.

I have had a few sets of veneers over the last few years and I have noticed these ones look better so for me instasmile has got better and better.

The veneers came and were beautiful but i felt I bad ordered the wrong shade. The customer service I received was outstanding and my new veneers are in mid-manufacture. I couldn't be happier. The team are excellent and Adam has looked after me throughout and kept me up to date. 👏👏

I’m still waiting for order, paid for express production.
Supposedly within 15 days, 28 days still nothing no updates being manufactured on 06/03/2026 estimated completion on 24/03/2026 where are they being manufactured China?

I would avoid and use alternative provider

Ordered from instasmile over 2 months ago, paid for express production, and they don't mention that they source the product from some where else so I'm thinking they make the teeth there and ship them back to me, but no, they send you impressions, receive the impressions, ship them elsewhere and have to wait for them to ship it back. they are telling me the teeth were made in the 15 day time frame even though they haven't even gotten the teeth shipped back to them. I ordered the teeth because I'm going out of the country tomorrow and I can't believe I have to go see my family with no front tooth. this is the most embarrassing thing that could have happened to me. they won't give me my money back either..
