Do not buy from them quality is beyond terrible, when you try to return they charge you $7 per item and give you store credit.

Clothes were a size tiny little person not size I ordered. Paid for expedited shipping and package was very late. Clotes were in a BALL to ship. Horrible business. STAY AWAT.

This company is truly a rip off. Do NOT waste your money. They advertise items that don’t even come close to the picture and it is a scam. They also won’t refund your money. Their customer service department is literally non-existent. They should be shut down!!! They are not a US company either.

The dress fits small. Quality...ok!
The issue is that they dont answer your calls or messages. In the website they have a NJ location but to return the item you have to send it to Canada but they dont tell you that. I paid $22 to send back the dress. The dress cost me $36. I will be reimbursed only $14. COMPLETE RIP OFF !!!

Horrible, horrible and horrible. I never write reviews but had to this time. Clothes do not look like what's advertised. I ordered Large tops but all 3 tops look like 5XL. Please do not waste your money here.

Dresses looks and feels cheap, poor quality from having the zipper broken and the mesh in the chest area all ugly. The pictures on the website are completely off from what I received, as for how I received it it was crammed with 2 dresses into the smallest bag I couldn't even open it. I was excited to receive my dresses and the gift, all looks horrible. The mystery gift are the cheapest thing you can get at 99 cents store. Asked for refund, they said no only store credit minus $7 deducted from each rag that I received. Nothing that I received looks like they displayed on their website. On the web they offered free return labels with full refunds.

If I could give zero stars I would. Received item after 24 days, looked like a cheap Halloween costume instead of the beautiful gown in the picture, no one answers calls, no one returns messages and you get the same automated response for emails, just to have to go through a ridiculous return process, including sending pictures of the item, then being told too bad it's not eligible for return so you are just out $50. Absolutely horrible company, I cannot believe they are running a business like this.

I wish I had read more reviews.. definitely a scam.. no labels poor quality and no communication.. I literally threw my order in the garbage.. buyer beware!!!

Horrible, quality is very poor, they charge you a
re-stocking fee regardless if it arrives late or defective and I would never buy from them again. It also takes approx. 30 days to get your item. BEWARE

This company is SCAMMING buyer beware!!
You order with expedited shipping they send it when/ if they do late, like months late. They had the audacity to “approve” my return, and still finessed me. I sent it back and no refund. Wow! Money and merch back. It wasn’t over $100 but it’s still wrong!!

Do not buy from this Intastyled Co. Item was cheaply made and after almost 4 hours spent on TRYing to return item TO NO AVAIL,. I gave up!!!

Wondered if it was a scam, because I’ve seen that one of Instastyled’s products advertised is actually the dress model image that Redbubble uses for their generated A-line dresses, which wouldn’t happen. A background has been added to the image. As a designer and user of Redbubble and Pinterest, I’m seeing a number of photos shown on those two platforms now advertised as their products for sale - not possible, so be cautious. Nicely compiled catalogue, though…

The pictures presented on the instastyled website are dangerously misleading to say the least. I ordered from this website for the very 1st time and I am gravely in shock as to what was actually sent to me.
I took screenshots of what I thought I had purchased and then took pictures of the Dress I actually received. It ridiculously screams COSTUM! Yes....poor material quality and sewing seams carelessly placed where ever on the material, Size is way too small and I ordered a LARGE. I Honestly have to say Never Again will I order from a website based on their gallery; I will look up reviews 1st. Lesson Learned. As for the dress...well Enjoy the Blessings of the Beauty it can bring ✨️ & make it a Little girl's Princess Gift in Christ Jesus.🦋 Or use the beautiful butterfly 🦋 fabric to make a New Creation! Scam. They take pictures of a different outfit, bait & switch, then customer service completely does once you want to return. They make it so frustrating to return you won’t get to it… because they don’t reply. Don’t waste your $!

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from!! Product is not what they say it is, you can not reach customer service, they give you an 888 ph# that doesnt work. It says easy returns in 30 days, but they cant be reached to get the product returned. The 860-245-8856 ph# cant reach anyone either. I will dispute this with my credit card company.

Don’t order anything from this scam of a company. I ordered a dress and they sent me an ugly one I NEVER ordered. I called this company MANY times, emailed them and I got NOTHING back. I turned them into the BBB and have told many people about this company everywhere I can. This company sucks people!!
