I am half way through the diploma and am thoroughly enjoying all aspects of the learning. The online platform is very user friendly and offers a variety of ways to learn (videos, interactive diagrams, web links, text). I have a personal passion for all things sustainability, this course has been great in helping me broaden my knowledge in so many area. Best bit so far has been the succinct and simplified way it sets out how to tackle writing and implementing a sustainability plan. The customer service from ISS has been incredible - shout out to Alex who has been so helpful and supportive every step of the way.

I completed both the Diploma in Business Sustainability and the CSRD short course through the Institute of Sustainability Studies.

Both of these courses were presented excellently. The material was engaging and easy to understand, but not lacking. The knowledge I have gained from these courses will benefit both myself and my workplace.
With a combination of learning and implementing, the Diploma is not to be missed. The CSRD short course was also incredibly beneficial, and I now understand how to integrate it into my workplace if/when we eventually fall into the required business level for it.

I'd highly recommend the Institute of Sustainability Studies to anyone who wishes to know more about incorporating sustainability into business.

Great course material. I love that the course was self paced and online. The activities were really challenging too and the hands on practice was meaningful. Definitely a career changer for me. Highly recommend it.

I am throughly enjoying the diploma course being offered by ISS the range of information is vast and you can take as much or as little as you want. The extra support you get also is fabulous. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I haven't completed the course yet!

I recently completed the Business Sustainability Diploma, and overall, I found it to be an insightful and valuable learning experience. I am currently taking the course and just completed the first module. It is very informative and covers a lot of areas. I took the course to gain more knowledge as I plan to develop and implement a sustainability plan for my company.

This was a comprehensive and very insightful course and provided a 'deep dive' into this subject, so plenty of knowledge learned. The team in the Institute are very helpful and I think that this is a very important factor when choosing a training course. I intent to continue my learning with the Institute.

Enjoyed the flexibility of the course to be able to do it in my own time and at my own pace. Easy to navigate the system with a good layout. Interactive course content was engaging. Masterclasses provided extra learning opportunities. Course covered a broad range of topics and subject matters all vitally important to sustainability in today's world. Having this knowledge along with the key skills ive learnt on the ground will allow me to drive greater impact in my role.

Really enjoyed completing the Sustainability diploma with ISS. Information given in easy to digest and interesting ways. Loads of relevant info beyond my already decent knowledge on the subject and has given me loads of ideas for further research. Highly recommended even if you haven't "studied" for a while (like me!)

Since attaining my Diploma is Sustainability Studies, I have continued to reference back to the course website for more information and update tips on sustainability issues.

In Uganda we are currently implementing sustainable public procurement and the course content has been very helpful enabling me to design frameworks for life cycle assessments and determining social justice in supply chains which are very major issues in Africa.

I strongly encourage all procurement specialists to undertake this course. The course material and resources are very useful.

Currently half way through the Diploma in Business Sustainability and there is great content and resources in the course. Also, excellent Masterclasses which are recorded if you are unable to attend live. Course content can’t be downloaded but I understand ISS are working on this.

During my recent MSc studies in Strategic Finance, I realized the growing demand for qualified sustainability experts—so I enrolled in the Diploma of Business Sustainability. At the time, I was an Analyst at the German Central Bank, where part of my role involved handling ESG data and interpreting sustainability reports. Midway through, I transitioned to a Business Controller role in a company driving the green transition.

Great introductory training into CSRD which helped me confirm what I had previously found from prior reading using online sources. It would be great to have more advanced training courses on CSRD for those who may already have the background knowledge. I enjoyed using the training platform and the ability to interact with other trainees.

There was a good range of sustainability content within this course that allowed you to broaden your understanding of sustainability in business. It was well delivered with different lecturers each week. There is an excellent team ready to assist with any issues or queries you may have & you get access to a range of webinars when you join the school.
