A great company. Trevor and his team have been managing our properties since 2023. Everything is covered, tenant finding, rent protection, maintenance and rents are paid on time every month. Professional and friendly service as always, no issue too big or too small. Thank you

Issues with light not working in my kitchen so contacted Trevor who had electrian out within a matter of days, team who arrived were very professional sorted the issue really quickly and everything is fully working. Thank you Trevor for all your help and getting this resolved for me quickly

This was my first BTL so it was quite daunting. However once I connected with Trevor he supported me before I even engaged him as a letting agent. He gave me advice on properties I was looking to rent out and was available to view the house I ended up buying. He was key in getting a much higher than expected rent as well. There have been a few small issues with the tenant which Trevor has dealt with efficiency and then come to me when needed.
