Happy with our solar transition to date!
Brock was very helpfull with advice and information to guide us through the process, the install crew Kestrel and mate were awsome, just need Ergon to do their part and we will be on the winning side of our power bills!

The staff were friendly and helpful with all the information and knowledge to help me choose the best system for my needs. The installation crew were punctual and helpful and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Customer service was excellent.

We attempted to get solar in 2019 but the installer informed us that the roof was too old and brittle. Fast forward a year, a new roof and we re-engaged with InStyle Solar to get solar installed. Good customer service and on install day it was the same installers as previously. They did a fantastic job, were pleasant and made the process quote easy.

Only negative was the sales person called a number of times and didn't leave a message. I didn't answer or call back as I suspected it was spam.

Bryan and David were just great and helped with all the questions we had. The installers were very friendly, efficient, and tidied up everything perfectly after they finished. Overall a good experience.

Good tidy insulation and fast professional job would recommend you guys to anyone interested in solid

AMAZING : Thankyou Instyle Solar. For years I'd contemplated getting solar but it was all a bit daunting. We had been approached by multiple providers all claiming to have the best system and the cheapest product. Despite their sales pitch I was still uncertain and had questions - none of which were answered which further left me in doubt. I decided to make my own approach to Instyle Solar and I'm glad I did - for many reasons. The entire SOLAR program was not only explained thoroughly to me by the representative, but I was left feeling like I had a much greater awareness of the benefits of installing a system.

There was no "hard sell" or pressure which was a lovely change to what we'd experienced previously. We felt confident in the product and the after sales offered at the time. The entire experience from initial phone call to initiate our consultation right through to the installation process was seamless.

It took me more than 5 years to make enquiry into Solar and I'm glad I did. I hope this review gives another person the confidence to not only choose to go with Solar but to make a conscious decision in contracting a fantastic organisation ( eg. Instyle Solar ) to complete the task. You'll be glad you did and surprised by experience. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

At first I was hesitant about getting solar but thought we really need to start making our Earth a better place. After a lot of information gathering and time wasters, a good friend said Mark C is into Solar and you grew up together. Once I touched base with Mark it was seamless. Mark took the time to explain how it all worked and what savings we could make. He answered all my questions any concerns we had including installation. The installation guys were fantastic, really nice people and nice workmanship on the job. We will be recommending the Instyle Solar team to anyone that’s in need.

Everyone from the staff on the phone to the install team were awesome to deal with and nothing was a hassle. Bryan Adams the Sales consultant was great with follow up calls and explanation on the system.

max the salesman was so efficient following up my electrical meter box combining 2 meter into one, he keep texting/calling to check if everything is ok. One instance after the meter box was replace we didnt have hot water, i text max even its saturday afternoon he got the electrician to come and fix the problem. I also like their emails updating me what will happen next before & after installation i dont have to worry calling them up, it all explained in the email, I also receive few calls to a very friendly katie updating me the installation date. The 3 installer james & team are professional they know what they're doing. i know i made the right choice dealing with Instyle solar a prestigious company, they handle it very professional, i wish i have known them long time ago as i put off putting solar because i read bad reviews and most company have so much customer complains, but when i read the instyle review i said this is the one i feel confident. I will definitely refer them to all my neighbours & friends with no hesitation. They are more than 5 star company.

InStyle solar are very professional and helpful in any area from answering all my questions to organising time s and date thru to the actual installation. The installation team did a very good job, very professional indeed, and had the care of my roof top in mind during the install. The electrician I think his name is Micheal was very thorough with running me through the apps and showing me how it works. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they use great products and provide a great service.

They look great. Cannot fault them.
