I had damp issues in my property
I had damp issues in my property, this company came out and applied the Properla masonry Creme. It’s now been 6 months since the Job Was done & I can see massive improvements

Weather proofing insulation??????
Two men came to 'paint' (insulation paint???) on my 3 outside walls at a cost of £5520. At first I was quoted over £5000 which I said was too expensive, so he gave me a 20% discount (???). However when I got the invoice/receipt (he wanted the money up front!) it came out at £5520. I queried this and he said he had to add on 20% VAT. It needed 2 coats they said and it had to be done in dry weather. They came the following Saturday. However, a few days later my neighbour asked if they were coming back as they had missed a wall of 8 bricks down over my car port. I sent photos to prove this and they said they would come back and redo it. This has not yet been done (it has been several weeks) due to the bad wet weather we have had. So I am still still waiting. Feel that this is overpriced. I am getting some expert advice about the finished 'water proofing' (this is just what I would call it) to see if this has been done correctly. Wouldn't use them as they are very pushy (one of them works for another company and they obviously get orders from working for the other company).

Hello Mrs lowe , ive got to say very disapointted with your review about us especially as you was very happy first of all with our Price as the industry rate for this type of insulation was much more and you rightly said we gave you a 20% discount of which you very happy as i showed you online the going rate for this kind of insulation , you claim we wanted the money upfront first of all we do not ask for our clients to pay upfront its not how we operate as we are a honest fair company and would only take a 20% deposit and balance on completion and
in fact looking at the contract we didnt even take any deposit from you it was when the job was finished we took the full balance , secondly we couldnt finish the walls as it started raining of which you was explained too about everything before we left and we agreed with you that we would come back on a dry day as it has to be applied when its not raining of which you agreed to , you signed and dated a satisfaction note to say that you have viewed and that you are completely satisfied with what we have done so i don,t understand this review we even done extra work cleaning the front porch windows and all the back of the conservatory , we have since returned and completed all works and hope that you are now satisfied.
Unfortunately we have no control of outside interference neighbours or famiy members regarding works or
Prices especially when they don,t know whats agreed and whats involved in the process of works.
I hope as you have again signed that you are happy and satisfied that we can move on and apologies for any delays in finishing your job and for any misunderstanding , but rest assured we would rather a proper job and application done properly than a failed process.
