There were no "hidden" rate quotes. All questions were addressed and the entire process just flowed, as it should. It was an entirely different experience than dealing with those big name companies that heavily advertise on TV, such as Colonial Penn and Globe, who's ads provide misleading information and their rate tier systems are designed to trick and to take advantage of elderly people who are often at a cognitive disadvantage. The PinnacleQuote experience was direct and simple, and Danny Ray was awesome to work with.
