At the end of 2019 I contacted these folks regarding burial insurance. Received an email telling me they would be in touch with me shortly. In the email the Specialist said the most important part of the process is determining my rate class which will determine price. Also, to ensure accuracy he would be calling me shortly to go over my request and answer any questions I may have. That made me feel like this company, this Specialist just might be what I was looking for. True to his word, the Specialist contacted me. Throughout the entire process we spoke on the phone and by email. From the beginning through to document signing, this process gave me a positive experience. Pleased with the policy, and a specialist that asked me questions and answered all of mine, and who was pleasant to deal with. Being able to do it all on my iPhone was a big plus. Just a couple of days ago I contacted the same Specialist to talk about putting my policy into a Revocable Living Trust and increasing the policy amount. He emailed the paperwork, and the process didn’t take long at all. Normally I don't do things as important as life insurance online, but there was security in place that made me feel comfortable with it. My overall experience with these people has been one of ease and incredibly positive. It was a 5-star experience!
