Not good anymore.
The absolute worst! Save yourself time and money. They do not respond for weeks, make excuses for not responding, and if your policy drastically and incorrectly increases you will not be notified by them. Made several requests to shop rates. They ignored it and refused to acknowledge the requests. After many requests and months asking for assistance on overpayment they finally properly responded with what they needed. I provided this next day. I was refunded $40 after 4 months and $600 in overpayments. I was told the insurance will not back date that far. I just got another bill and it's still incorrect. They are the most unprofessional insurance company I have ever worked with. We have 2 commercial policies for many years with this company. Don't bother with the co-owner Brad Rowe as a last resort either when his staff fails you. He will not respond and could care less.

My experience with InsuranceHub was excellent! I was required by my apartment complex to obtain renters' insurance before my move-in date, and Brent was able to get me a renters' insurance policy for a competitive rate. He was very attentive and overall provided amazing service every step of the way. I appreciated that he took the time to send over my declarations page so I could provide proof of coverage to the leasing agents and made the binding process seamless.

I went to the office and was introduced to Brent. He asked me questions about each element of the different insurances that I wanted. He got 3 different Company quotes and provided them to me. Explained the merits of each Company and the offers. This was the first time that I ever had to shop for insurance since my husband passed. He was thorough, competent and extremely helpful. With 3 different policies, got me the same or better coverage and it is costing me appoximately $3500 less than previous coverage.
