Have lost our business for three large warehouses, as billed wrongly for nearly three years, having one tenant paying water for all three sheds in error by clear business.
Informed them in MAY 2025, they done no investigation and wasted our time, by sept, we had to leave due to accounts still wrongly billed, charged termination fee and two missed did fees but was told account was on hold while they investigated and want sent a letter or email so I can take my complaint to the ombudsman.
Still asking for our money back…..
moved to business stream and all accounts are perfectly set up.
Don’t trust their lies, unbroken promises and empty apologies, keep your money and don’t care!

How this company has got 4.6 stars is an utter joke. I wouldn’t even give them one star, they will rob you blind, absolute rip off merchants. STAY CLEAR 🤬

Long story short... I had two contract with them coming to an end. I couldn't call the company as I am not in UK currently. Managed to chat with someone called Abigail and she was lovely and got me sorted to cancelling contracts when they ended. Little did I know they haven't been actioned. I gave c.b my brother and sister permission to talk on the phone on my behalf. Again we cancelled everything and guess what ...... This time c.b have taken nearly £100 for no reason. I am still abroad and they don't reply to my emails anymore. Don't use c.b

Spoke to John regarding our account no longer requiring broadband, would just like to say what excellent service! He was polite, very clear and concise, gave me exactly what I required, no fuss just got the job done! Will certainly consider calling him when our gas/electric contract comes to an end. Great service well done John!

Had an amazing service by Lisa bate she is very helpful and very friendly explained
everything very nicely.

If I could give them minus I would, very unprofessional and very unhelpfull.
Changed my phone and broadband over to them, but I did not have any contact with them until I phoned them to see what was happening. They told me that was a rough date. Finally the changed over the broadband, but when I questioned the phone they told me they forgot to transfer the phone and now I'm left 8 days without a phone for my business. Stay well clear

A really good company to deal with, made even better by having George to help me along the way. George took time to explain the various options and to negotiate a good price on my behalf. He was not pushy and left me to have time to decide before i purchased. I shall certainly be using Clear Business to quote for other aspects of my work and look forward to hopefully speaking with George.
