Sarcastic customer service
I got a quote 2 days previously which was emailed to me. When I tried to follow up on this it declined me. I tried a new quote, but declined everytime. When I contacted the company I had a very sarcastic email response which was extremely unhelpful. I then turned on another computer and tried again - this time successful! The lowering in marks is due to the terrible customer service experience.
