Home insurance - thoughtful
Just signed up for home insurance based on quote for £600. Clicked on 1 annual payment but the system forced me to a monthly direct debit of 55£, Which is actually a total £660. I corrected it several times but it still pushed me to the direct debit form. I ended up giving in as it's still cheaper than my renewal. But not impressed by the initial experience. Feels dishonest so doesn't really bode well...

This is the first time i have used this company so i have little knowledge of their long-term customer support on home insurance. Applying for cover was straight forward but you need to read all the instructions carefully. Do not like the fact that your card details are held on file for auto renewal, but good price though,
