Excellent Service Experience!

Their insurance coverage is clear, affordable, and reliable. Filing a claim was simple, and their customer service team was responsive and professional. I felt completely protected knowing my package was covered. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with genuine care. I’ll definitely continue using InsureShip for all future shipments. Truly a company you can trust with peace of mind!

Better known as InsureScam

I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed I am with Insureship. This company, which is supposed to offer a safety net for unforeseen events, has proven to be nothing short of a nightmare.

Attempting to navigate the claims process with Insureship felt like hitting a brick wall repeatedly. Their lack of helpfulness and the way they make it nearly impossible to have a claim approved is beyond frustrating. It's not just about the money, although they had no qualms about taking our hard-earned cash. It's about the peace of mind that insurance is meant to provide, a reassurance that when life throws a curveball, you won’t be left stranded.

In our case, Insureship not only failed to deliver on their promises but also managed to rob us of the very peace of mind we sought when purchasing insurance in the first place. The denial of our claim left us feeling betrayed and questioning the integrity of the company.

My experience with Insureship has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I urge anyone considering their services to think long and hard before entrusting them with your hard-earned money and, more importantly, your peace of mind.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, especially if you are a business. All the negative reviews are true. They say they cover lost boxes and pay claims in 5-7 days, but IT IS A LIE. You will be required to submit a ton of documentation AND have the customer file an affidavit saying that the box was lost, damaged, etc. Keep in mind, the customer gets nothing for this hassle. More than likely, the customer Will NOT file the aff8davit. If the customer is on vacation or working somewhere else, they refuse the claim based on IP address of the customer! Yes. That's right. If the IP address doesn't match the customers city, they deny the claim. Nevermind that the customer might be on vacation, visiting a different city, or working remotely in a different state.

The last time I had a claim with them was over 2 years ago. So, I'm a business that rarely has claims.

Insurance is protection when something goes wrong. They just take the insurance and don't pay you what they owe you and promise to pay you.

You are better off not insuring the box!

The company refuses to provide a refund…

The company refuses to provide a refund for our insurance claim for damaged goods insured by them. Stating that it had been improperly packaged. They did not offer a shipping method based on my shipment's size and weight based on their claim denial that it should have been crated or on a pallet - Further more, when UPS came to my home to pick up the shipment I confirmed with their driver that the size, weight and packaging met their parcel shipping requirements and not FOB, or LTL. They have misleading quarantees for reimbursement of loss or damaged goods, do not state their shipping policies and/or requirements for insurance coverage but to refer to the carrier being used for the shipment which we did, did not provide a declarations page for the "insurance policy" and has taken almost a month to try and resolve, has numerous complaints from other customers with the same issues.
