First, I was told insurance is complete, then denied but waiting on 2 other bids. Then they never followed up.

The application was submitted with inaccurate information (2 claims were not reported at the time of the submission). We discovered them afterwards. We did follow up with you in few days letting you know that all companies declined. For properties like yours sometimes it's impossible to get immediate insurance company decision.
