I regret that I bought bike as a birthday present for my son from them. I received an email from their courier on 14,15,16 and 17/09 with information that my item will be with me these days so I was waiting at home for nothing. It’s a joke… I tried get any info from tuffnells where is my package and when I will get it, but they couldn’t tell my anything. So I wrote email to the sender and they answered that my package should be with me by Monday 20/09, unfortunately I’m still waiting. Today I tried call them all day but they didn’t answer, also I wrote another email, without answer too… I wanted to buy a bike for myself as well from them , but after all I will choose another company and for sure I will let to know my friends and family about this bad experience. Very poor service. Im so frustrated and my son is disappointed. I don’t know what to do right now with this situation.

Hi have contacted as the front wheel is buckled so scrapping on the brakes. Awaiting a resolution

Nice little bike great colour. Grandson loved it although it arrived late for his birthday. When you order it doesn't state when it will be delivered so order in plenty of time if needed as a gift.

The bike is perfect for my little boy, very fast delivery I wasn't expecting how quick it came, will definitely be ordering again.

Bike was delivered 4 days late, waited in twice and never came, had a few hours notice on the day it actually arrived - good thing I wasn't working. Good condition surprisingly, the driver ragged it around before he came (guessed this by the way he sped around the corner and skidded to a halt before arriving at my house) Won't buy from this company again due to lack of communication and confirmation of dispatch but overall I'm pleasantly surprised the bike arrived in one piece and is in decent working order.

Ordered on Tuesday delivered on Thursday, great service, great bike.

Bought a bike, got an email with a refund and no explanation. Tried to send them an enquiry through the website to know what happened, never heard back. At least got the money back but costumer services is crap. No good way to reach them.

Payment definitely went through via PayPal, and was refunded via PayPal too. I will try again and if successful will change this review.

Bike arrived earlier, good value for money comparing to other websites. Good size for 5 yr old son.

The bike came within a week and so far so good, was a bit hard to get in touch with the company e.g phone call, but other than that impressed with the bike.
