I was introduced to Integra by a friend who works in the Health-IT sector and I have been very happy with the service and responsiveness of everyone that I have worked with, especially Gaile and Nisha. I was very unhappy with the previous health insurer, LUMA and looking for an alternative. The whole process to convert has gone remarkably quickly, and everyone involved was veyr accommodating. I’m a new member of Integra Global, so I haven’t had to file a claim yet, however their customer support team has been incredible. As an American looking for global insurance, I was expecting American type health care - ie long wait times, speaking to a different rep every time I called and a bit of a run-around. Instead, Integra is staffed by a small group of people, whom you can call directly, and will do their best to get the situation sorted. Nisha from their customer support team did an hour long on-boarding to help me get the app set up and walk me through my benefits again. I also worked closely with Gaile during the initial sign up process and felt there was a very high level of care about each member. They use a widely accepted network in America and seem like the best option for insurance that I could find. It’s worth dropping them a line if you have any questions as they will take the time to answer your questions and make sure you understand what you’re signing up for.

My experience was with Nisha, who was prompt in her responses, determined to find a solution, personable in her manner, and professional in her overall approach. Much appreciated, Nisha.

I had problems with mobile app login, and customer care was very helpful and responsive to resolve my issue. Nisha who is Head of Client Services, made a Zoom call to get to the bottom of the problem. And they absolutely solved my issue in no time, now I can login without a hitch!

Given the world situation, they managed to repatriate my wife from a very difficult country. After she was repatriated, they covered everything as expected.
There have been some difficulties but luckily they managed everything the best they could. It is true that there are many subcontractors, which creates some confusion but everyone has done the best and once you understand who is who it is manageable.

My experience of the leadership of this company has been excellent.
Lots of integrity - as the name suggests.
