A genuinely valuable course: I learned so much!

Timo provided a very thorough course on Buddhist thought and meditation, offering many different perspectives from the different traditions (Theravada, Vajrayana, etc.). Perhaps my favourite aspect of this course was that Buddhist teachings were linked to evidence-based information from psychology. The course also supported us into building a daily practice through evidence based behavior change techniques - which I very much appreciated!
I highly reccommend this course to anyone seriously wanting to get into Buddhism and to develop a daily practice that is authentic.
