Integral Blinds 

We have ordered and paid advance on integral blinds for our bifold doors. Initial interaction with Nadim was good, but have not heard from him since then. Reading other reviews I am not sure if this is a scam.

Another downvote for Nadim Chenia the conman.
Now trading as RUK Integral Blinds or RUK Glazing, buyers beware of this name and reputation.

We too have been ripped off, faulty units telling us they are now shut down and our issue is with the manufacturer not them!!!

Absolutely scam company Nadim must make his family very proud , what a fraudster they need closing down asap , I intend to take action I know it’s a pain but I want them finished and closed down .

As others have stated before, we ordered a replacement panel which was not delivered at all (in spite of a quoted lead time of 3 weeks). Mel Gordon's favourite phrase is "time is of no essence", a non-sensical way of saying that things may or may not get done in who knows how long.

We currently have a small claims court judgment against him and I would urge others to take the legal route as well.

Essentially, as others have found, I would judge this is a scam company, who will take your money and fail to deliver the unit/s they promise. I have been waiting since 2020 for the unit to materialise, having paid in full. Heard no end of lies about when this would happen. I latest heard they had gone into liquidation whereas lo and behold they are now trading again. Please, do not use this company under any circumstance.

Please stay away from this company, and any other company that Melford Decosta Gordon is a director of, always check companies house for details. I have lost monies in the thousands and have warrenty issues which I was told I was covered for 10 years that was a lie. I have been trying to get in touch with Melford for about 4 months now he never answers and when he does by accident hangs up straight away please please please everyone stay clear.......

Can I give zero stars.
Our windows were installed 11/20 and 07/21.
Heavy handed application of superglue attached two battery packs to their mounting plates.
"Oh I'll be back soon to fix that.Still waiting.
One unit inoperative due to a wiring fault.
Have lost count of 3 years of emails and phone calls.
Last week he promised to put the batteries in the post.Ha Ha.
Today 13/05/24, as we were up in the Midlands we dropped by the factory.
It is obvious from the enormous array of cobwebs across both doors that no-one has been there for a considerable time.
Mel must get some twisted pleasure from stringing people along.
We are particularly annoyed by his use on the website, of our house.
Caveat emptor.

Really bad company. After payment was made zero communications. Never respond on telephone calls or emails.
Waiting for more than two years and still not replied.
Strat to looking for legal advice as we would like to fight back for our money.
Never use and such a company should not exist.

Scam company , will not respond to any emails , telephone call or social media . Have an issue with a unit have been waiting to have it collected and sorted for well over a year! but both the brothers are rude and don't care , absolute joke of a business will be reporting further to trading standards .

Great service from start to finish. Our neighbours recommended integral blinds ltd which were one of four companies we considered.

Pricewise they were the most expensive and wished they were cheaper but we chose some options we liked not available elsewhere.

Appreciated the thoughtful guidance and patience in helping us to decide and for Mel allowing us to visit their factory on a Sunday to view the blinds and the options as that was the only day we could do so.

I agree they did take a considerable time but we had been warned they were very busy and that the lead time was ‘time not of the essence’ which didn’t matter for us as we were replacing 6 year old internal blinds made by someone else.

They even serviced the bifold doors for us and fitted a new smarter handles we saw at their factory that we upgraded to also.

They have a dedicated email address for updates that we subscribed to and found we did not have to chase as the updates came whenever there was something happening on the order.

The new glass with the internal blinds look really wonderful and we proudly show them off when we have visitors.

We would have no hesitation at recommending Integral blinds Ltd especially as they forgot a nice comfy kneeling mat and said we could keep it which is very useful when we are in the garden.

Just like everyone else here, we paid in full March 23 and now a year on, our order has not been fulfilled and no idea if it ever will. We have chased them constantly and they gave us excuses and obvious mistruths. Asked for a refund, nothing so far so now pursuing through courts.

Exactly the same story as the other reviews on here. Paid in full Jan 23 and now refusing to refund after non performance of the contract. Started legal proceedings to recover our money.

Do not trust this man. Lying,Thief.

Ordered a unit in July 2023, paid in full as we were advised it would be only a 6 week turnaround, we have since chased multiple times through emails, telephone calls (voicemails) and social media all which have been ignored. We requested a refund and this has not been received. Do not use this company.

I ordered 4 x Units in April 2023 and paid in full, expecting delivering and installation within 3 to 8 weeks, as stated on their documentation. However, after chasing the company and receiving only one email progress update in Nov 2023, and still having no idea when the order would be fulfilled, I concluded the lead time was unreasonable and unacceptable. I cancelled the order and requested a refund, which I have not received.
The company must inform potential customers of actual lead times, so that customers can make informed decisions on whether to use them or not.
Taking full payment and not fulfilling orders for more than 9 months is not acceptable.
There is no telephone number to call for delivery updates, only an email address which is monitored on an ad-hoc basis i.e. when they are in the office and not on projects. Emails should be responded to in a timely manner within 5 working days and not ignored.
Facebook comments are turned off.
I would not recommend using them.

Ordered 9 units in November 2022 and paid in full as this was the only option. Mel Gordon reassured us that there was no issues with supply/lead times and was confident the units could be manufactured and delivered within the specified time. With very little updates and having to constantly chase we were given false hope multiple times and then let down. Constant lies and excuses for over a year. He now chooses to ignore my calls but manages to find the time to advertise on social media and deal with new enquiries so he can take peoples money.
