I bought two 480GB V Series SSD's in June 2020. One of them failed in April 2023. I made one phone call to Integral Support. A helpful lady (Neelam) gave me an email address to send evidence of purchase to her. I received a replacement by courier within 24 hours.
I was unfortunate enough to buy Integral nvme ssd that did not work, unlike any decent company, despite many messages for support, they couldn't care less, NEVER EVEN bothered to reply, disgusting way to treat their customers but they don't care, WILL NEVER TOUCH INTEGRAL PRODUCT AGAIN.
