I commissioned this firm to do an in-depth forensic and financial analysis of a company's accounts. They were very quick to demand payment to start the work, but, once they had my payment, the communication deteriorated rapidly. Emails were left unanswered, mobile phone not answered, office number not answered, messages not replied to.

Eventually, after much pressure on my part, I got a four page document which was nothing more than a cut and paste of information from Companies House! All this information was already in the public domain and known by me, and there was no "analysis" at all.

Furthermore, I asked for very specific analysis of certain activities of this company, and all my requests were ignored.

I have requested a refund and was told I would receive one, but nothing forthcoming yet.

Unfortunately, I paid by bank transfer so my bank cannot assist me, but they advised me to complain to Trading Standards, which I intend to do.

I have had a great experience with IDR. Without IDR I wouldn't have known that I could instruct a barrister directly. After my first court hearing they then found a suitable legal aid solicitor for me. I would not have been able to navigate the legal system without them.

great company, they check all their workers so you know you can trust them. They understand what families need and it was a breath of fresh air to talk to someone (Vicky - it's you!) who is sensitive about everything and truly cares about children (and doesn't treat you just like 'another person/client') whose needs often get lost when you're in any legal proceedings. I felt really supported by them and that they wanted to help and wished for our family to actually resolve things, whether we ended up using their services or not. Vicky is amazing, patient and kind! Myself and my children are thankful to her :)
