Scammers 100%

I was provided with information that turned out to be false or exaggerated. They started to sell a package instead of delivering the Hawaii ticket we supposedly won with the excuse we must see a business package presentation which offered the Hawaii trip for two people 3 days two nights airfares and hotel free. We immediately refused to sign and prepared to leave the office. They then offered the double of the initial offer giving us two different tickets (two people) to be used on two different dates within 18 months.
The negotiation would be closed giving $500.00 downpayment to buy a membership with monthly charges of $ 118.00 against my wife's credit card until they reach $2500.00 in total. What we will receive were two certificates with the two travels to Hawaii in two weeks by 03/23/2024.

2. After realizing the issues, I attempted to contact their CS for assistance. My calls and emails went unanswered or were met with unhelpful responses. They provided me with web site credentials with a phone number of a dedicated reservation office in the State of Nevada called Fulfillment Center who was in charge of booking.
This Fulfillment Center is only for a new travel no for the free travels to Hawaii they said, but they advised to call OTHER COMPANY Casa Blanca Express in state of California with a very strict rules when I have to provide my VH #'s ( Travel Certificates) Integrity Travel did not provide on 03/23/24 as they promised. I explain to them that the membership I have is entitled with two trips to Hawaii and this company Casa Blanca Express said nobody will receive two trips and they will reach out to Integrity Travel for details. I started to call Integrity Travel. They did not answer the phone, left more than 10 messages they did not answer yet.
Of course they do not answer about two travels to Hawaii and I called Fulfillment Center for 7 months asking for an answer from Integrity Travel they said they can't help since they are only for booking hotels and calling Casa Blanca Express they said they will speak with me only if I have a certificate to arrange the travel things I was never provided.
Time passed and finally Casa Blanca Express sent the first certificate and was able to book the trip in January 2025 but they refused to talk about the second certificate and today still nobody has reached out to me to confirm it.

3. I was charged without clear justification. This lack of transparency feels exploitative and unprofessional. The certificate mentioned above has restrictions that make it impossible to change the date when it is already booked and I was not able to go in January. I called in December 2024 to let Casa Blanca Express. I still should receive the second certificate and they again put me through the process to talk with Integrity Travel. They still don't answer calls or messages nor emails sent from the Fulfillment Center as they inform me.
Meantime I was so tired to claim my right for the second certificate and they arranged a unique travel to take place on 08/26/25 to Hawaii but it was a new scam I was offered to go flying through 3 flights landing 08/26/25 11:30 PM and returning 08/28/25 4:00 am also taking 3 different flight to return home which Casa Blanca express found so inconvenient and I explained I review the certificate terms and conditions and called they for more hidden terms and conditions and I decided to buy my own return fly and they said it will cost me a fine of $600.00 therefore they push me to upgrade the travel with a an enhanced hotel room $350.00 more with no penalty returning with my own paid tickets (UNITED AIRLINES).

4. I requested a refund on 09/05/2025 due to I never received the two certificates and having a unique trip it cost me another $1300.00.
