Brilliant home worker agency
I have been a home based travel agent in the UK with inteletravel for over 3 years now and I love the business. Inteletravel has hugely grown as a host agency since I started and I'm incredibly proud to be part of such a forward thinking agency. With over 100 preferred partners to work with, a CRM system and 24/7 support, it really is a business in a box! The agents in our community are so lovely and we all support each other to succeed, which is a huge bonus when you work for yourself. I have built the most wonderful loyal client base with 5* reviews, which I wouldn't have been able to achieve without inteletravel and our community. Remember, all agents are independent and to make this business work, you need to work too 🥰 I started my business as a distraction to my full time job in procurement, but now I am a full time travel agent. If I can do it, you can too!
please no one book with inteletravel…
please no one book with inteletravel nor sign up with their system and if you have or are, please avoid at all costs!
Scammers

Do Not sigh with them
Everywhere where you sigh it’s says 90 days refund after I cancel my subscription after 40 days they not refund me a penny
As it is now 30 days instead of 90 !!!!
If I know I will cancel it much earlier
And by the way it’s absolutely rubbish what they suggesting I found much better offer at TUI or love holidays or other big brands
They Outsourced the Home Based Franchise to a Pyramid Scheme
I am deeply disappointed with my experience inquiring about InteleTravel's home-based travel advisor opportunity. After I applied to InteleTravel, I was told to apply directly to PlannetMarketing, and the subsequent interactions were awful.
Specifically:
* Poor Communication: PlannetMarketing's emails were unprofessional, lacking essential information, exhibiting poor language skills, and omitting crucial contact details. They wrote emails as of they were a text message.
*Information Withholding: My request for basic information, such as a PDF or video, was denied and I was told to wait three weeks for a "sponsor."
* Unacceptable Conduct: I was told to stop sending too many emails after only two inquiries.
* Misleading MLM Practices: I was informed that joining an MLM program through PlannetMarketing was a prerequisite for accessing InteleTravel's opportunity, and that I would need to wait 3 weeks.
* InteleTravel's Response: InteleTravel confirmed that all home-based franchise applications are processed through PlannetMarketing and stated they would forward my complaint to their head office. I have received no response after a week.
While InteleTravel's website appeared legitimate, PlannetMarketing's operations raise serious concerns, suggesting a possible MLM or pyramid scheme. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in InteleTravel's advertised opportunity.
This is a massive scam
This is a massive scam. You will lose the respect from your friends and families if you sign up. Everyone can clearly see it’s a pyramid scheme and there is no way I would book a holiday through someone when all the holidays are so much more than I can book it online myself.
Just wake up people. If something doesn’t feel right it’s because it’s not!
Highly suggest NOT using this company
Highly suggest NOT using this company. I booked 2 rooms in Page, AZ for my family visiting the Phoenix area. The day we were supposed to travel to Page, we were met with a winter storm that closed ALL ROADS going north out of Phoenix. We were TOLD by the highway Patrol we cannot get through and to turn around. Our scheduled tours all issued refunds but not the hotel, booked through this company. I mean where is the common sense people? Unreasonable customer service and policies. We could not get there! Highly recommend you book directly with the hotel - do NOT use this company.
Great company
I have been with inteletravel for 2 years now, and I absolutely love it, I don’t utilise it as much as I should really as I joined at first as more of a side hustle, however I keep watching other inspiring lady’s turn this into their full time income. Just like any other businesses you get out what you put in, for some reason I’ve seen a few reviews on here saying it’s a scam these people just don’t understand the business model and fall at the first hurdle, I can assure after being an agent for over 2 years this is not a scam and aslong as your not scared of actual work you won’t make a better decision! Hope this helps anyone looking to leap into the travel industry :)
Outsider looking in!
Outsider looking in!
I owned a competitor franchise yeaaaars ago & it's all about how much work you want to put into your business and the professional customer service you want give to your clients. I have read a large majority of these reviews only to determine that the ones with severe issues come from the actual travel agent and not the overall company. I don't have any suggestions on how to resolve an issue with an individual agent, those responses are better dealt with on a case by case basis. Don't let a bad apple spoil your experience with someone that is really good at providing customers with great service and insider information (yes it really is a thing!). And NO not everyone is cut out to literally work with the public! Just choose another agent! Life is too short! Be blessed!
Inteletravel is a great opportunity if…
Inteletravel is a great opportunity if you love to travel or you want to earn a side income! Don't think twice just donit
Thieves thieves thieves!!!
This is a multilevel marketing company
They rip off unsuspecting vulnerable individuals their model relies on fresh meat as many people leave soon after they discover what really is going on it’s a scam!!!
They still charged a subscription after it was cancelled that is plain thievery!!!
All the positive reviews are by members who have been told to give a positive review, not exactly independent.
Save yourself the headache!
I booked a cruise with an agent through this company. Not only was I unhappy with my service, when I tried to book a cruise through the cruise line for a new cruise, the cruise line told me that I had to book through the agent that I was not happy with. This locking people into a situation that provides such poor service is nothing short of criminal! Save yourself a great deal of frustration and stay away from this company!
Literally don’t waste your time!
Firstly, this is a waste of your time if you’re considering joining.
Secondly, if you put anything in the group chats to say you’re struggling to find good deals, it will be deleted IMMEDIATELY!! And you’ll be messaged privately accused of being negative. They don’t want anyone to be honest about their struggles because they want the new starters to believe it’s all rainbows and daisies!
The only way you make money in this business is by adding the marketing side (plan net marketing) which is a pyramid scheme. You get a team and make commissions from them joining and people joining under them.
The systems you have access to do not compete with other travel sites (love holidays, on the beach etc). The systems are also clunky as hell and you just don’t get support.
There are weekly training calls but it’s mostly people saying how much money they’ve made but fail to mention 90% of that comes from the pyramid scheme marketing side.
Avoid at all costs. I tried it for months and it’s a complete sh*t show.
As soon as my message got deleted from the chat that said ‘I’ve been struggling to find good deals’ and was accused of being negative and talking bad about the business, that was a red flag and I left.
You’ll see loads of similar videos on social media saying ‘want a life of freedom and traveling around the world like me? Join now!’
Biggest red flag ever!
great company
This is such a great company there's so many partners and so much choice on flights and accommodations. Cruises. UK breaks. Daily activities and much more. The agents can give the booking a personal touch and make you feel so special on arrival. Also on hand if anything doesnt go to plan
Great Customer Service
Booked a few trips now through one of their agents.. managed to save £'s in doing so and had a lovely little gift in my hotel room... Plus she called me after my short break to make sure all was as expected... I would highly recommend... Will definitely book again with them..
Great Customer care
I have used Intele Travel for bookings for myself and others.. booking process very easy and after care is professional.. I made a mistake booking one of my trips and called their customer care who resolved it effortlessly
Would highly recommend
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this scam company!! I have wasted hundreds of pounds and countless hours trying to make any money from this "business" and it is very very difficult. They also make it very difficult to leave, I have had to declare my bank card as lost to stop payments. Travel agents are becoming a thing of the past, everyone books their own travel these days so don't need an agent and not an overpriced one at that. The systems they use are all very messy and difficult to navigate and if you mess up it's on you, Intele take ZERO responsibility. If anyone dares to say anything negative about the business in the "support" chats they are immediately shot down by the OG members, clearly terrified that other poor saps will realise how rubbish it is and cancel their monthly subscription. Please don't even consider signing up to join!
SCAM
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They lure you in with promises of high paying commission but you never receive them. It’s a pyramid scheme and the only ones who make money are those with a lot of recruits under them
Amazing opportunity
Amazing opportunity! Shocked at the bad reviews. I’ve had the best experience being able to work remotely. There are no targets and the income potential is uncapped. If you work hard you will succeed!
Yes it's a scam, yes it's a pyramid scheme
As someone has already said, members of this scam company have been instructed to give 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. You can tell from the summary that something is not right when all of the ratings are either 1-star (customers and ex-agents like me), or 5-star (current agents pretending to be happy customers). I spent 2 years with this joke of a scheme, paid well over £1000 and all I got was flak for not meeting my targets. There are a handful of people right at the top of the pyramid making a LOT of money - from the idiots like me that paid them. STAY AWAY.
I have been instructed not to talk about Inteletravel or Planet Marketing but I just want to warn others.
My personal experience so far with intele
I’m shocked to see some of the reviews written here. I joined with intele last year and personally have had nothing but a fab experience with them, as have my client’s I have booked for so far. The training has been second to none. Commissions have always been paid on time. Prices are live with most travel companies so sometimes we are the cheapest, sometimes competitors are. It’s swings and roundabouts! I think some of the reviews are confusing intele with the marketing business. They are completely seperate businesses. And you can’t tarnish all intele travel agents with the same brush. Like in any business and profession you will always come across unethical and unprofessional people. That’s the world we live in I guess. I also doubt big named companies such as jet2, virgin, P&O, holiday extras, plus 100s more would associate themselves (and give awards to) a company that was a scam or illegal? My advice would be if you’re thinking about trying it out then go for it…the fact there is a 90day money back guarantee if it’s not for you secured to me it absolutely was not a scam like people are saying and there’s zero risk in seeing for yourself. There’s also not many businesses you can set up for such minimal cost and make a return on in such a short space of time! Personally, I’m very happy with my decision to build a business with this company.
