I can only give one star. I reached out to the support team with a query about MagEnhance, specifically addressing the claim of 468mg elemental magnesium per serving, as provided by Intelligent Lab:

• 72mg from 1000mg of Magnesium-L-Threonate (Magtein)
• 207mg from 690mg of Magnesium Glycinate
• 189mg from 630mg of Magnesium Taurate

However, upon calculating the average percentage of elemental magnesium in each form of magnesium (using figures provided in one of their own blog entries "Magnesium Glycinate vs L-Threonate vs Taurate: What’s The Difference?"), the results differ:

• Magtein typically contains about 8.3% elemental magnesium, aligning approximately with the provided figure for 1000mg.
• Magnesium Glycinate typically contains about 14.1% elemental magnesium. For 690mg of Magnesium Glycinate, the calculated elemental magnesium is 97.59mg, notably different from the stated amount.
• Magnesium Taurate typically contains about 8.9% elemental magnesium. For 630mg of Magnesium Taurate, the calculated elemental magnesium is 56.07mg, again significantly different from the provided figure.

When adding these values (83 + 97 + 56), the total is 236mg of elemental magnesium per serving. This discrepancy of 232mg compared to the claimed value of 468mg raises concerns about the accuracy of the advertised claim.

Despite reaching out to the support team several times, I have not received a response, leaving this important matter unresolved and in need of clarification. It makes it difficult to trust this company.

Everything is listed, ingredients and amount of capsules/tablets, and I can order online, not wait until the store receives it. Thank you! So far, I have not had a negative encounter.

Quick delivery....a shipment tracking method would be good

We have kids with autism and other cognitive deficiencies and we really made an effort to support best brain health which we feel MagEnhance really supports. great website, ingredients are clearly marked on the bottle (which was a deciding factor when I purchased from Intelligent Labs), offer a clean product without all the "bad" stuff and price was within normal limits of merchandise.

Having been very interested in trying this company's MagEnhance supplement have contacted them 3+ times requesting information about their heavy metal testing. Absolutely no reply whatsoever, so obviously not interested in new customers who have real questions about products. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole if they're manufactured in the US with no transparency about the above or any respectable customer service.

Website is bit clunky but once I figured it out, order process was easy.

I have used many supplement products by many different companies over the years and none of them come close to the level of quality and service that I have seen in Intelligent Labs.

Their service is exceptional with fast response times and at least where I am at the shipping is often within 24hrs.

The quality of product has never been an issue. I use MagEnhance to help with sleep. In fact, I've managed to get at least a half dozen other people using the product as well for this reason(it does make for some really vivid dreams which can take some getting used to at first).

I also use the Omega3s and have never had any of the fishy after-taste/burps that you can get with some other brands, and they have a nice coating on them that makes them a lot easier to get down.

The Turmeric seems to be working really well. I've always been a big fan of Turmeric and was taking it before I switched to this brand a year ago. I take a bit more than the "recommended" amount, however I haven't been sick with so much as even a cold in over 5 years now, largely because of it.

There really isn't a bad product in their lineup and I'll continue to go to them first for anything I need. I'm just hoping they'll come out with a D2K3 supplement soon, or a good multivitamin with a large dose of that in it!
