Absolutely shocking service. I made a purchase from Formula 1 official store which needed to be returned, F1 should not use their services. My item has been “at depot” for 14 days now - there is no further update and they do not respond to emails!!!!

Will never use again. Did return online, received email with a tracking number but no QR code so Evri shop refused to accept my parcel. Absolute palaver and no happy with this returns process. No customer service support either, just told to contact the retailer.

Took them 2 weeks to get my return back to motel rocks! They emailed me a week ago saying it was there,but it only turned up today!! Won't be using them again awful

Didn't get my QR codes sent to my email. No way for users to access previous QR codes unless it was the last one processed. quite silly if you ask me

Paid for a return with Regatta. Sent an email but no QR code. Paid again at the inpost box and scanned QR code on phone but wasn't recognised. Another email sent but again no QR code....

I was directed to print a return with this service for

I printed the label on their website and made the return via Hermes. The Hermes tracking works and shows the return ariving with the retailer within two days. Two weeks later the ReBOUND/TSB Returns/intelligentreturns.net tracking has not even registered that the parcel was dropped off at Hermes and has not updated at all since.

Further the 'Help' options on their website do not lead to anwhere you can ask about this. I am still trying to get a refund from thehipstore.co.uk for my item (contacting them they aggree they have received it but have been unable to provide a refund as yet which seems a common complaint looking at their reviews).

All in all a very poor returns experience, unsure if this is due to The Hip Store or Intelligent Returns but you would think if they were going to provide a tracking number to customers they would at least have a working tacking service on their website.

This company seem to handle returns for Man City online shop, it's a disgrace that Man City are using them and an insult to their customers. I returned an item via their Royal Mail 48 return service and after 10 days they've still not processed the return, my return status says 'in transit to retailer... Joke company and Man City should be embarrassed that they are using them.
