Would highly recommend 1st Insteon e driving especially instructor Jon. Very patient and understanding. Outstanding!

I would definitely recommend 1st intense driving to go through with your driving crash course,
Jon is a really good and very experienced instructor who will take his time out and help with problems questions and also he is very understanding. I booked and was given a date within 3 working days with the test date following shortly after sadly I failed my test through a fault of my own but was met with Jon who made me feel a lot better about myself and encouraged me to book again and took time out of his own schedule to fit me in and I passed the second time ! I would totally recommend going with Jon and 1st intense driving very grateful thanks !!

John made the entire course really easy to understand and go through, it was always a pleasure to drive, and learn from an excellent teacher.

Jon was a sound bloke who is always calm no matter the mistake, really helped me become confident in the car and got me to the level where i could pass 1st time

DO NOT BOOK A DRIVING COURSE WITH 1ST INTENSIVE DRIVING! Whenever I would speak to Sarah at reception about a problem I was having, I was met with so much rudeness for no reason. They refused to book me a driving test after over 5 months (stating that they have to wait for my driving instructor to say I’m good to go and that he also has to be available on the day, which they did not disclose to me initially), without giving me a refund. Appalling company, horrible customer service. Please avoid this place and save your money.

Since first time called them they made everything so easy they booked me in straight away no delays did 10 hour intentive course and took 2 days and got my test on second day john made everything make sense would off not passed with out him thanks

I was a very nervous learner, but the training was so good that I knew I’d passed before I even started my test. Calm, clear and incredibly effective teaching. Highly recommend.

i passed my intensive crash course 1st time with john honestly the best teacher/instructor anyone can have the amount of help and confidence he’s gave me on the road is amazing couldn’t of gone any better THANK YOU AGAIN

Absolutely fantastic service, passed with Jon who was amazing throughout, very patient and took careful consideration. He was a great teacher and explained everything thoroughly.

I did my intensive driving course with Jon and passed first time!! He was an absolutely amazing teacher/instructor. He stays calm, never makes you feel like a failure and gives the best feedback.
I have had experience with another driving instructor (different driving school) who would often tell me what to do rather than teach me and he put me off driving but Jon was so lovely and adapted to my individual way of learning. Thankyou, and all the best with future learners!

Paul was a fantastic driving instructor. He was calm, clear, and consistent and consequently helped me to pass my test first time.

Had the same experience as one of the earlier reviews. I was told that the test would be at the end of the intensive or within a few days. Not the case.
Months passed with excuses and rudeness and still not resolved. They are in breach of contract and misrepresentation and I am seeking legal redress for these sharks. AVOID AVOID AVOID
See the ridiculous response from these con artists. I assume the other review who experienced the same was also lying !!! I have written evidence from you telling me about the test. I entered the contract with you and paid the money. Don’t try and wiggle out. You have just shown your attitude in your review. Further no money has been refunded as you are aware.
Further update- now claiming they have no assets, they only subcontract out to other instructors so not their problem. Excuses coming thick and fast. Same directors on other driving companies details at company house!!

I did 35 hours with paul, beginning of the course I was a nervous driver but paul helped me get over my fears of the road, I previously had 2 instructors that told me I was going nowhere with driving and had no faith in me but paul helped and helped me through my test so I passed first time.

I couldn’t recommend Hannah enough, after doing driving lessons for quite a long time I booked a course with Hannah, she explained things much more clearly to the point I got everything straight away compared to before. She was really supportive and was just as happy as I was when I passed.

I honestly can not recommend John enough, the confidence he gave me was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed .I passed first time with only 1 minor 🎉🎉

I’ve just passed my driving test first time for various reasons I was unable to for 20yrs, My driving instructor Paul Walsh words can’t explain how much he helped his integrity is something to be admired. Paul Walsh has such a calming way about him that really helped me relax just him being present in my test helped my nerves. Thank you Paul so much and you are the only driver instructor I would ever recommend. Christian

Really enjoyed my time with paul, he is an amazing instructor and has got me very far, i passed first time all because of him, will definitely be recommending to everyone around me.

Hannah was so supportive and nice throughout the whole week of my interview crash course making the week fly by with a smile on my face the whole time
