I really love how IDF value their members. Thursday I was in a stressful situation where I was in a need of a refund. Completing my UX Design certification with the Interaction Design Foundation was a transformative experience that greatly deepened my understanding of user-centered design. IxDF is almost like a school
Basically, IxDF is almost like a school. This was totally unexpected for me. So if you expect something like Udemy or Skillshare, just foget it.. IxDF is on a totally next level, 3,4 levels above, to be honest.. the sheer amount of materials and content is sometimes overwhelming. BUT, in a very good way. So, if you want to LEARN choose IxDF!

Great UX resource for all levels!
As a veteran UX professional, I signed up only to attend the Don Norman’s class, however I stayed for much more. I found the IxDF courses helped me validate some of my existing processes, as well as update some aging skills and concepts.

IxDF care about their students
Wherever there are humans, things are never perfect, but humans in IxDF care about their students and their experiences. People with special needs ask for help and are ALWAYS supported with comprehensive explanations and links.
The courses are beneficial not only for learning from scratch but also for consolidating past learnings.

My Source of Design Knowledge
For a long time, I was searching for an online course with great content to support my continuous learning journey. The problem was always two things: the content—sometimes isolated or shallow—and the price of the courses.
In this scenario, I was specifically looking for a Design Thinking course, and that’s when I found the IXDF website. It was an instant match. I sincerely love the content, the courses, and the learning process. Plus, you get access to all courses with just one subscription—at an affordable price!

Great attention to the user
Apart from the content, which is wihtout a doubt probably among the best there is be found, I really like the approach and the feeling of being heard one gets from the interaction Design Foundation. In this digitalized world it's rare to find providers who feel so available and flexible and give a very personalized attention to the users.
Coming back to the offer: I think their course-palette is amazing and it is really easy to follow each class.

Helpful for all learning styles
If you're trying to decide, it's worth it. The way the courses are design really works for various learning styles. I was worried coming into it that I would just be sitting through another long course. That is not the case, it is broken up into thoughtful sections allowing you to digest the information in a steady cadence.
