Interactivia has been game changing in the events industry! We can now show our clients exactly what their wedding or event looks like before the event takes place. We are able to easily add and change decor to showcase our products and ultimately show different versions of the same event to our clients. It has saved us an inconsiderable amount of time not only in the planning stages but also during set up as we are able to execute the event to exactly what the client expects each and every time. It’s had increased our conversation rates as now our customers get to see their wedding or event before the day making our event styling much easier to sell!

We signed up for Interactivia at the end of January 2025 and it's been transformative for our business and streamlined everything. It's an incredibly useful tool for us, as we are a large blank canvass event space, so it helps both ourselves and our customers to realise their vision for their weddings and events.

It's an absolute must for this type of venue.

The service was used with Sophias Final Touch which allowed Sophia to put together a visualisation of our wedding breakfast. This was great as it allowed us to position all the tables and seatings so people could be in the best places and so no doors were blocked. The template of our room was in Hazlewood Castle which was extremely accurate, down to the colour of the curtains! everyone we showed were really impressed, including the venue themselves.
