Just been ripped off by this company. They took my money and now resfuse to refund it even though they cannot supply my gods

Horrible Communication. Poor products.

I ordered the product and received a confirmation email claiming that the order is being processed. Two weeks without communication. I emailed to ask them to cancel my order and I received the same default processing email.

Shortly after the products came on my doorstep like someone has tossed them there. Not packed properly. Cans were just stuck with a delivery address and as a result they were well and truly battered.

The stains also DO NOT work well with pine. I have tried them on okuome and they were fine, but for the pine they just sit on the surface without being absorbed.

There was no indication, that they really care about their customers.
I have ordered a 32oz hard wax oil for our new butcher block counter tops.
They were sitting on the order for 4 days, and ended up sending it to somewhere in Quebec instead of B.C.
When I asked them about it, they said, they have to get it back from Quebec, and they can ship it to me.
I was really upset, because at this point this was holding up our project.
I told them to send me the item ASAP, because I really need it.
A few days later I’m getting an email with the tracking number to the proper address, but they sent it with UPS standard, and it takes 8 days to deliver to B.C. from Ontario.
When I pointed that out, they just said, sorry, we can not do anything about it.
