My items were shipped 24th of December 2025, as of now my items are nowhere, and this is AIR FREIGHT! and according to them 7-10 days!!! I can give another week for customs clearance but come on!!! What a bunch of liars!

This company is so obnoxious and cannot be trusted.

I cannot even explain how disappointing and angry I am right now.

I used their Air Freight and they used UPS - now I was forwarded again to another broker since UPS is not doing personal items for clearance - now my items will be withheld for at least 2-6 weeks!

Outrageous company - they do not know what they are doing!

Quite disappointed with them. I mean it is fine if the cost is high, but when they collected my items on October 3. And clearly asked for Air Freight cost based on my items, they said I have 200 kgs based on volume x weight with cost of xxxx AED last October 13.

Then turns out now since I added some few items. The volume x weight from 200 kg to 385 kg a difference of 185 kg.

No one could explain why the difference is staggering.

The fact that you have my items since October 4, and the quotation was shared October 13, you have how many days to weigh and compute my items.

Just sharing this sentiment and frustrations that it seems I have been fooled, at the end of the day I just want my things to reach at my place but making me look like a fool seems inhumane.

I do not mind the air freight cost but the difference of 185 kg? is it because to please me with the price. I do not mind, but fooling me like this is really unacceptable.

They promissed on time but there was delay because they opened all my 40 boxes and in all of them where missing stuff. Now i called 100 times but no ansering. Guys please dont choose for this company they are thiefs. Im starting a case to bring them to court. They stole more then 2 L of my stuff.

This is BY FAR the worst relocation company you can choose to get your furniture. They failed to deliver our Sofa and Bed even after 10s of emails of back and forth and despite repeated emails and requests they keep us waiting and have completely failed to get the job done.

Whatever you do, DO NOT hire this company to move your furniture!!

This was a nightmarish experience which I had to share to make everyone aware of this fraudster company called- Interem Relations & Relocations
I was forced to use their services as my handling/ forwarding agents in India and since I had an issue at the port of departure in the UK where all the misleading information had started, I made a trip to Mumbai from Goa to meet them personally and iron out details and know who these people really are.
To my utmost surprise the lady, Rupali Mehendiratta (from sales) who was in touch with me via emails wasn’t available and this man Roy (Shuvodip Roy) who claims to be the Vice President of the company, was working from home and based in another city. He is the main person behind this money extraction racket with his false promises and sweet talks.
Roy had categorically advised me to just pay to get my shipment released from the port and that the charges will be reversed later but after the payment he stopped responding to my emails, calls and WhatApp messages. Upon hounding him for several months he relented with a contact number for one Vijay (who Roy said was the clearing agent) at EMU Lines Pvt Ltd and this person was also trying to sweet talk me and mislead me further. Cant believe to what extent they could go and then I was given a contact for one Harish Gharat (Manager Pricing & Operations) also at EMU Lines Pvt Ltd who insisted that the billing was correct even though I pointed out the error between the bill that was given to me and their published charges. It was Vijay who helped me with this by actually sending me the responses I should send to Harish which I later understood was an internal game.
However Harish was not willing to explain even after I sent him exactly where the mistake was - their published rates were much higher than what they charged me hence making no sense since they had actually charged me in lacs and said that it's all port charges. Harish simply said that there was a huge discount given Interem Relations & Relocations as they are long standing clients when I cornered him. This was now altogether another story to deviate from the facts and because they could not justify the charges. I even have a couple of emails from the customs encouraging me to claim the amount back which has to be done through the clearing agents. But since the forwarding agent and clearing agent are hand in gloves and have manipulated all this they would just not cooperate!
It’s a cartel and Roy who is very deceptive is at the top of it pretending to be the good cop and using Rupali as the bad cop to play his dirty games.
Do not use their services ever as they are a gang of scammers who will hold your shipment at ransom knowing that it's your personal belongings which are of great sentimental value to you and extract lacs of rupees.

The company try and scam you before delivering your goods. The shipment arrived from Dubai to UK. When arrived even though I’ve paid for end to end delivery, the company has advised that they need £2,000 extra to deliver. I would highly advise not using this company. Their professionalism is awful and they will try and sting you. You’re been warned.

Terrible customer service. Agree a price and then try and scam you out of money on the other side and refuse to deliver your belongings until this is paid. I would shop around and do not use this company, there are far better ones out there. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

If I could put O star I would. This company has to be avoided by all possible means. The entire process from shifting til delilvery has been an extremely painful one with as a result : 2 months delay, extra money asked in a blackmail of delivery of my personal items, lack of information, weeks of silence, poor customer service. Please find another provider for your shifting!

I used Interem relocations to ship my furniture from UAE to Ireland. While unpacking the furniture I discovered an expensive chair was severely damaged. I took photographs of the damage and sent them to Interem. They acknowledged the damage but advised they would not compensate me as the insurance had expired. I advised them that they are still responsible for shipping my furniture without damaging it but they still will not make good the damage. Before thinking about using Interem just ask yourself if you are happy your furniture will be improperly packed and when damage occurs, they will not take responsibility. I am now having to take legal action against them.

After 5 months Interim only responded to say they regret I gave a poor review when they damaged my furniture and refused compensation.

Again, if you want to ship your belongs safely without loss, don't use interim and they don't take responsibility when things go wrong.
