In my case it was a welcome surprise to receive everything I asked for. The correct size, the information printed on the shirt was correct, delivery was timely. These may sound like meanial things but I have delt with vendors whereby everything ordered was incorrect.

Loved my product!!! Fast shipping. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Customer service is awesome I gave 4 stars only because there is nothing on the front of the shirt to go with what’s on the back it felt unfinished but it does look just like advertised very nice!

Great t shirt

Placed an order on 8/3/23. Three weeks later, there is absolutely no status update, and no shipping info. Ordered a shirt for a retirement party, and allowed almost FOUR WEEKS for delivery, and there is NO info as to when/if it might be received. Total scam; delivery times listed on site say 2-4 days for production, 5-7 for delivery. If that was true, I’d have had item 4 or 5 days ago, worst case scenario.

It has been three months since interest pod did not send out my FATHER OF THE BRIDE replacement T-shirt on time (before the wedding) and they have not given me an answer as to why it was never shipped out BEFORE
THE WEDDING as Jasmine, the customer service officer, promised.

I have emailed them for three months now asking for an answer because this was a one time shot for me and I believe now they have blocked me.

They did give me my refund after my shirt was never received in time, and they sent me a free T-shirt long after the wedding (which was clearly no longer needed) just to try and make this right.

But they’ve never apologized,
or given me a reason as to why it wasn’t shipped out ON TIME as they confirmed it would after they messed up on my original order.

Ghosting me is not very professional for a business such as this. I would never use them again and I would encourage others not to as well.

High Quality Material and Incredible 3D Graphics. I got this for my brother who is a Marine Vietnam Veteran and he absolutely loved it! The quality of the shirt is amazing and my brother commented how soft it is.The 3D graphics are Incredible, He loves the fact that it has his name on one sleeve and his rank on the other. It also says Vietnam Veteran on the right breast plate and has an awesome Marine Corp Emblem running from top to bottom on the left breast plate. Very cool shirt!

I ordered a shirt for mother's day and it never arrived. It's been well over a month and nothing. You try to comunicate with them and nothing.
This is a SCAM.

Their customer service was beyond amazing. I ordered the wrong design on a shirt for my husband. I attempted to cancel it but it was too late as I already put the order in. When I contacted them through email they responded very quickly and said it was too late to cancel but to send in the new design that I wanted and that they would send me that free of charge as well. I was very thankful and amazed that they would take the time to do that for me. They sent the new one but it turns out I ordered the wrong size as well, again my mistake. I emailed them back and they once again responded quickly and sent me ANOTHER shirt. I cannot express how much I appreciate their amazing customer service and the design of the shirt turned out really nice as well. I was very happy with this company and their service and products.

The t-shirt I ordered my husband was even better than expected, and it arrived on time. I will definitely order again!

I ordered two different shirts from this company. I received two shirts exactly the same. when I dealt with customer service, I was told that they were not at fault, but they would give me % off it I wanted to buy another shirt. All I was looking for was the right one I ordered. After several emails back and forth, they just stopped responding. I would never buy from here again, and hope nobody else has to deal with them either. Save Your Money!!!!

I placed the order, and within 1 hour I changed my mind. I emailed customer service, because with a second rate company like this, they dont make it easy to cancel, and requested a refund. They said there is no way to cancel an order once it’s placed. I had to wait till it was delivered, then had to return it and wait for them to process it, and then it would only be an 80% refund.

Finally, it arrives and I reach out to find the same customer service agent to find the shipping address to return the item to. Of course, the website has just about everything you need EXCEPT what you need. After a LOT of inefficient back and forth, the agent finally informs me that because it was a custom item, they don’t accept returns! That’s why I was trying to cancel it literally the day of the order.
Then, has the nerve to say “Thank you!”.

Such a Mickey Mouse organization. The whole ordeal lasted about a month.

I have a lot of mothers I buy gifts for, and I have (I hope) a lot of buying opportunities in front of me, and I will not be using this company for any of them.

Poor customer service or shady policies irk me to no end. They are so worried about securing that one sale that they don’t care about return customers.

No thank you. I have just given my mom the item, even though it’s not what I wanted to give her. I gave you the opportunity to help me during our weeks long email chain (feel free to research and respond on that). You (the company) declined my request. You don’t get to help me now that you’re in the public eye. As I said, I won’t be doing business with you any longer, so you don’t have to act like you care.

Mamalorian - Great concept and quality
The Mamalorian was a perfect Mother's day gift. We got lost of fun comments about it walking around a theme park. Only thing I'd recommend is offering different eye colors, but I understand the amount of colors impacts the printing cost. We love the purchase!
