Disappointed
Had a bad experience with this company. On the website it showed as in stock. Not heard anything from the company regards to the delivery by the third day. Eventually got a response from the sellar saying that the item cannot be found in the warehouse and if I wanted a refund if they were unable to find it by the end of the day. I decided to request a refund straight away which I did receive within a few days
False advertisement
They advertise products not in stock, you may aswell spend your money elsewhere.

They took our money and when I contacted them they looked into why the order hadnt arrived. Apparently they didnt have it in stock but didnt bother to let me know.

Ordered wardrobe which showed in stock online 2-5 day delivery. Money was taken from my bank. After 5 days no delivery notification. Then I received an email on Saturday to rate my order! Responded to say I couldn’t as it hadn’t been delivered. Told that they don’t work Saturdays so would check status Monday morning, no response by lunchtime so emailed Monday afternoon to be told that they were checking stock, they think there was a stock error and wardrobe may not be available did I want to wait till next day for them to complete stock check or did I want a refund. Asked for an immediate refund. Got refund notice which said refund could take up to 10 days.So they take my money immediately but can’t refund immediately. I would not use this company again extremely poor service and customer service. Very disappointed.
No communication received
I placed an online order and received no further information. Communication needs to improve it is all very strange indeed. I hope to receive my order to be honest as had no communication for a week and the phone number given 0800 is in fact 02 answer phone. So far disappointed.

The item I ordered not only wasn’t in stock but has been discontinued, communicating with the company wasn’t clear, different parts of the website lead to different email addresses. Almost a week later I still haven’t received my refund. Didn’t feel legit.
