I have ordered a danish dining chair

I have ordered a danish dining chair. It was shipped on 27 Nov. I have not received any updates about its whereabouts. A text message stared it had been delivered and was I happy. I have not received it. Have contacted customer services twice. And do not know here the item is. Keen to know when the delivery date is to be expected. Keen to receive the item. But unhappy with communication at present.

Con business - do not use!

Horrendous service - con website DO NOT ORDER

all they are interested in is getting you to post a post a review before you have even received your order in exchange for discount.

Very impressive website design which draws you in thinking it’s legit, but the actual business and service is non-existent

I ordered x4 chairs, that have still not arrived. The online chat it hopeless - they tell you they will reply to your query in email then do not answer. Not interested in responding to order queries.

Should have checked reviews of actual customers before ordering. Lesson learned.

Be careful

Be careful. The company offers £10 off to leave a review at time of purchase BEFORE receiving the goods!

This means many people like myself trust they are buying from a reputable company, however the reviews do not have any weight to them!!!

Interiorna sent me a message saying they hoped I liked the product, and it hasn’t even been delivered. The website says the goods were shipped 10 days ago, when I called, they weren’t shipped as they are too busy. This is misleading the customer.

Update- I received 4 out of the 6 chairs paid for. They say they were lost in transport over the phone, but will not reply to any email communication for an update.

Update- all chairs were received. They are beautiful, well packaged and great quality. I highly suggest Interiorna change the lead time promises they make to their customers and avoid placing “goods shipped” statuses on their portal weeks before actual shipment.
