0 stars!! You lot are a JOKE!!! I have been emailing backwards and forwards, enquiring about 301 service from Lister Hospital to St Albans! The bus is NEVER on time!!! And when they show up after hours of waiting they're "Out of Service"!!!! I've rang Arriva customer service and they said 301 does not stop at Lister hospital stop B but Stevenage interchange stop H!!! Meanwhile, Intalink digital service board and printed bus schedule as well as online service state otherwise!! You lot are an absolute JOKE!!!
People are fuming! Every damn day I wait for the bus from 4:30pm until 6-7pm. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
Why do they put up timetables when the buses don’t come and when you scan the QR code and the bus has disappeared from their schedule
