Great experience setting up!

We had a great experience with onboarding/set-up of our Unite service. Carl was amazing and took his time to explain everything and answered all questions with kindness and also made sure we understood the information and system.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible! They do not rate the one star I was forced to give. I was lied to once the sales person's lips started moving. My phones did not work for nearly two months and I had to do work arounds to make and receive calls. No one knew how to fix the issues I was having even after being escalated to their Extreme Cases Team. After all the issues stemming from their system and tech incompetence they changed me over two hundred dollars in rebate fees. I was told I had to return the equipment, but after asking customer service six times for the information so I could return the equipment, I gave up. Buyer beware! Forked tonged sales, spiderweb of transfers, and empty tunnels or false hope.

Intermedia is superb

Intermedia is superb! In the many years I have been with them, service has never gone down.

Support always solves my problems, quick to answer the call. Smart, articulate reps. Open issues followed up until completed.

I appreciated Fardeen's technical…

I appreciated Fardeen's technical expertise, it made the onboarding process smooth and efficient. Fardeen effectively communicated complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner. Even though we encountered a few challenges during the setup, he provided timely and effective solutions. He showed great patience and provided excellent support, especially when addressing my questions and concerns. Overall, the onboarding experience was outstanding.

!! Everyone should learn how onboarding works and provide proper assistance from him.

Problems solved!

We recently had a question on our invoice and called about it. It was a little difficult and the person who took our call was friendly and went to a lot of work trying to find the answer. She eventually found the problem and it was rectified. We were very happy with the outcome and clarification provided. We also like the fact that the service is considerably less than our other phone service provider.

Serious issues need to be taken seriously

For so many years I was satified with Intermedia exchange service and recently was adding 365. After the recent experience of FRAUD which Intermedia did not take seriously and did not follow up on. I will be cancelling my 365 service and may move my exchange mail as well.

We recently moved offices and changed over to a VoIP system. The team at Intermedia made the transition flawless and have answered all our questions and been beyond helpful. The process has been a breeze, from the initial phone call with Zachary to working with Jonathon for onboarding. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend Intermedia to anyone!

I am a happy current and satisfied Intermedia customer. (4 Years) Their best quality above all is the customer service!!! 10 STARS. Bryan, my service specialist was phenomenal.
