I bought a dining table, and I was initially told that the delivery time was 30–35 working days. I waited throughout this entire period, and then I started calling customer service because I had no news about the table.
In the first few days, they told me they still had no information from the factory, at which point I asked them to give me the factory’s phone number so I could call and see the status of my order. They told me they didn’t have it (the first lie).
A few days later, they informed me that the factory had gone bankrupt and the order could not be delivered (the second lie).
Later, I found out from someone else that the factory had not gone bankrupt — it’s just that the table model was no longer being produced.

Shame! A lot of money, zero service. I do not recommend.

I ordered a bed which I received during the Holy Week before Easter. I called a team to assemble it, but surprise — the bed arrived without an instruction manual, even though it has about 30 parts. One of the nightstands was defect, one piston was broken, and the bed frame was made for a 180 cm mattress, while mine is 160 cm like I inform them. I sent an email a month ago, like they say every time, send e-mail…and I still haven’t received a response. The lady who answers the phone was rude, telling me it was my word against hers regarding the missing assembly instructions.

My guests are sleeping on the mattress while we look at the unassembled bed, as we don’t want to attempt it ourselves. I even asked them to come and take it back and refund me… still no answer! They used the name InterniMobili, known for bringing high-quality furniture from Italy, but in reality, InternMobili imports low-quality, defective furniture from Turkey. I believe they have a deal to take leftover rejects, invest heavily in advertising, and then no longer care after delivery.

It is our right to inform the appropriate authorities and spare other potential customers from similar situations. I also advise you to inform Mr. Piedone about these issu, like I will do.

Ordered London Chester armchair, received it with 3 legs scratched although usable, and one leg short. When called them they asked to send email. Send email with photo, details of the armchair and the reply was,after several calls, to revert with measurements of the legs so that they can fabricate new one...as they do not know what they are selling, totally unprofessional. The representative answering the phone was not a responsible person, keep on repeating to send email with the issue, no management or client interaction skills whatsoever. We have traveled 220Km also to try and solve the issue at the showroom, no success...Lets see when they will reply/plan to fabricate/deliver the 4th leg...most probably will return the hole thing

I don’t recommend them at all! They are very polite until they see the money in the account. 4 chairs ordered, all with some issues; they did not want to take any chair back, on the grounds that it was not checked upon delivery, the goods arrived on a Saturday, when I was not at home, and they insisted that someone take the package.
Beside this, I can’t let them reviews, I let them a comment in a sponsored post and they blocked me immediately.
Very very bad quality of the goods and the people from there are the same!

Stay away, I've received broken furniture and they didn't want to replace it, because it's "in their terms"

Very bad, I don’t recommend them, long waiting time, after which they leave your furniture in the middle of the street and, worst part, the furniture is scratched and wrongly build. They refuse to change it or refund.
