Carrier service is the worst. They called us on Monday, 20 mins ago to deliver, when the only day our shop was closed, we said we could be there in 50 mins, they said no, they were going to reschedule. And it is Thursday today and when we called the agent they said the carriers reattempted delivery but didn’t call and they will try again today but they can’t guarantee about calling before. It is ridiculous.
