I have been getting work done on the house and have been burnt by other contracts with poor work and attitude.

Working with Phil and his team was a pleasure.
So how it went :
1. Submitted enquiry via website - got rapid email response
2. Same week scoping visit
3. Estimate received within 3 working days - estimate was very reasonable
4. Date fixed for fitting
5. Multiple emails from me, based on experience from other contracts, to clearly define the work, all responded to and taken with good humour!!!
6. Team arrived and did the work over two days.
My parents, who were supervising, did not need to contact me once to clarify anything. Work was excellent quality, flexible and best of all no mess at all.
7. Final invoice - no changes, and additional invoice for bulbs which were kindly supplied at short notice as I forgot!!!

20 lights, including 4 chandeliers assembled and fitted in 1.5 days.

I rarely leave reviews and am pretty picky about the work, but tbh it was a relief how easy it all was.

I reached International Chandeliers as I was shopping for quotes for the repair of a vintage Baccarat chandelier. Phil replied and explained the process in detail. His response time and knowledge made us trust them with the task and we were happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them.

I never owned any chandelier but I’ve found one recently for the new flat I was moving in and following on number of research I came to the service of International Chandeliers by Phil. For someone who’ never had chandelier and not knowing what to do, their service from the very beginning of quotation till the end of job it has been a really great and is someone I would highly recommend to anyone want to get thier chandeliers hanged and cleaned.

I have never been more nervous about having anyone clean my chandeliers. I thought the job was too big for anyone to handle but these lads came in and almost instantly made me feel at ease. They oozed confidence and we’re super friendly. They were so gentle and meticulous with every crystal they handled. I will be using “international chandeliers” again and recommend their services all day long!!!
