Wow love the application

The site is full of fakes they just want your details just had a contact say they were in London I repo it then I got a like same photo say in America

This site is a hidden brothel and sex site where photos and fake profiles are used to extort money from people who think it is a dating site!!!

After browsing several of the Cupid websites it's obviously apparent that 95%+ of the profiles are fake, scammers and data miners.

So many profiles whose usernames are txt********** (phone number) which is blatantly a violation of the TOS.

Doing a reverse image search on the profile pictures result in models, pornstars, advertisement pictures and it's obvious they are fake.

Lots of fake members within the first few sentences of conversation want to know your WhatsApp or some other type of outside communication which is basically data mining...

As a company do they really expect people to PAY money to become a member of these sites???

Looking at the online reviews the company's credibility is absolutely horrible.
DOES ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT QUALITY CONTROL IS?

I along with many others wouldn't take a membership if it was free because it's just a total waste of time
It's also very unfair to the very few members who are legit.

97% of the ladies on that website are a scam, especially the girls from Ukraine liars they tell you that there are in a war they need passport fees to come to you they need money for tickets scammers and I did send money to one of them I thought she was honest she disappeared. stay away stay away stay away.
I contacted at least 15 of the ladies on that dating website 13 asked me for money and the other two they were just playing games.

99.9% bots, all write the same messege. You will get 50-100 message/day saying the same thing. "Hi im XXX I just came across your profile, want to know you better, here is my telegram/whatsapp" LOL. Now when you got google lens its very easy to see the bots even if they have "plat" membership. What do the site do? NOTHING!

The website itself is well designed and has many functions. Unfortunately, the company has no control over the many fake accounts. It's all about making money here. Even accounts with gold/platinum status often have pictures of celebrities or porn actors.

I paid for a Platinum membership on InternationalCupid but I still cannot access my account because the password reset link never arrives.
I did not log out of my account myself — the system unexpectedly forced me out, and I lost access without doing anything wrong or violating any rules. I paid for my Platinum subscription and did not break any terms. The loss of access happened only because of the system.

I have provided all my information many times (profile name, city, age, payment proof). Support keeps sending the same generic replies but does nothing to really solve the issue.

It does not matter which exact email my account is linked to — I am a paying member, I have payment proof, and InternationalCupid has the tools to find my active profile and restore my access.

Every day I lose paid days of my subscription — this is unacceptable for a paying customer.

I have checked spam, inbox, promotions — there is no link. I even attached my payment screenshot, but still no help.

I ask InternationalCupid to finally take responsibility, help me access my account or give me a temporary password immediately.

If they do not help me, I will file an official complaint about unauthorized storage of my personal data and paid subscription abuse.

This site is no longer usable. Literally the only people on the site nowadays are scammers, African women, and Asian women. Not one single real European or American. If you use this site, please use common sense. Most of the scammers are pretty obvious to spot, bunch of fake Asian ladies from the US or women from Ukraine. But if you want to find a white woman, this site is not at all for you anymore. I'm disgusted how many scammers there are. All my messages are from either scammers or Kenyan ladies.

Proper dodgy site full of scammers and fake profiles they all want your what's app number or e mail address and it's funny I paid a subscription for a month had people message me all day long you stop the subscription then the messages stop funny that id avoid this website at your peril unless you wanna be scammed

This website has become a cesspool for crypto scammers, thieves, bots and is full of fake profiles along with fake pictures.
If you do a reverse image search you'll find it almost every one of these that look too good to be true are fake.
ALL of the scammers wants your email or Whatsapp and many post their own numbers saying text me or whatever.
So when I am asked I just give them the number of a scammer who has posted their number already.
Reporting these fake profiles do absolutely nothing as the company doesn't seem to care whatsoever about what is on their website.
At one time this was a decent place to look for someone but now things have changed and it is up there with the worst websites on the internet.

The Admin have abandoned the website and left it full of criminal gangs from all over the world. Hackers add 40 profiles or more everyday with automation scripts. I never seen anything crazy like this in my life before. Have this website owner no responsible at all to feed criminals all over the world? Avoid the website , the report system is send to a dead end that nobody care what you will reporting. The worst is that website owner let fake profiles pay and use verified accounts and just see money. where i the world police to make the site shut down?

Caution: I warn you about this dating site. It's a 100% scam. You either get fake messages or, if you're registered, only African women respond. If you pay money, you get nothing. The people who respond are women who just want the money or are looking for rich men. Stay away from it if you're looking for something honestly. My own experience.

It's quite easy to meet my potential partner

The site is full of fake profiles or/and scammers. I have reported lots of fake profiles, but the site is not lifting a finger to fix this shit. As paid member you get awfull lots of "interest" and letters. I testede the site for 1/2 year, and for that periode of time I did get...I guess between 10000-12000 letters or/and "interest". 99,9% full of bullshit. To be a member on the site is just waste of time. For genuine people that seeking genuine relationship the site is no "place on heaven".

Absolutely abysmal experience. I used this site 2 years ago and actually did meet someone. We spoke for a few months and spent a couple of weeks together in Europe. It didn't end up working out but I decided to give this site another shot. Bad move. This is nothing but fake profiles and scams out of Africa, Philippines and even the US. Fortunately I'm not stupid enough to fall for them and I'm quite shocked that there are men that do.

The operators of this site obviously do not give a shit about user verification.
