Very fast service when we are in need…
Very fast service when we are in need of an IDP, it's the second time I use it, and since it was for Japan, Reychel was very helpful to let me know that they do not accept it and had triggered a refund for me.
Totally serious and caring about their customers, I highly recommend!

Great problem resolution
We've used this company before and had a great experience. This time there was a little issue with the website not accepting our uploaded photos or phone number. I had a very positive experience…
I had a very positive experience dealing with April at International Drivers Association. I needed assistance urgently on a Sunday while travelling overseas, and April was extremely responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process.
She explained what was happening clearly, answered my questions promptly and gave me confidence that my application was being dealt with. The level of customer service was excellent, particularly given the urgency and the fact that it was over the weekend.
